This might be one of the most beautiful and informative videos. I have seen in a very long time I might just have to put this on loop in the background while I’m doing other things because it was ridiculously well-made and thought out watching someone who understands their craft explain it like thisand focus on a few aspects and their connections with this level of depth and conveyance of their meaning is absolutely astounding. Thank you and I hope you get as many views likes and shares as RUclips can offer.
This is the exact kind of BG content I've been looking for. I recently got into it seriously for the first time and while I knew I was doing some things wrong I was struggling to place specificially what it was, and sometimes I just felt lost because I treated enablers as direction and either forced something I shouldn't or skipped key enablers I could have safely bought and then got punished when the actual direction showed up soon after. I think keeping this in mind will definitely help me, and hopefully I can cross that 9k barrier I was stuck at last season.
Yes, more guides please! This was great. One idea for a video is how to ensure you have economy in the mid to late game. Sometimes I get the key pieces of a comp, but I just don't have the gold to push it forward.
@JeefHS please make more content like this! This exactly what I’ve been looking for to help me improve. Great video, I learned so much and I’m already starting to climb on my rating💯
Jeef, this video was awesome! You broke it all down so well. BRAVO. I watched it start to finish, and def would enjoy more. I know pros like you "see the Matrix" but this video opens that door a little bit, and shows the rest of us the process behind it. Many thanks!
Thanks for the guide Jeef! I just hit 8k, definitely helped by your previous guides and streams. An idea for a future guide: time management. It's something that doesn't necessarily come across as much in normal stream dialog, and I think there's a lot of importance in how you manage time, even outside of APM comps. It's one of the main things I've struggled with, having watched battlegrounds more than I've played it. You've also mentioned having to adjust your playstyle for lower APM with bad ping, which was funny to me because I've had to do the same thing translating the BG footage I've watched to my less experienced hands, and a non-ideal mouse situation (I play on my laptop trackpad most of the time). I'm sure mobile players are even more restricted, and have to prioritize high-impact actions even more.
More you play, more patterns you’ll notice and you’ll get better at handling tough turns. It’s just a matter of experience. 1st time you face the situation Va the 100th time is what makes you faster
Randomly came across this video and wow thank you this was very insightful, been stuck on 7k for a while and this really opened up my eyes. Great video! You got a great vibe about yourself!
Thats what i needed. Thanks jeefy. Sometimes i feel so lost in game, knowledge, than sometimes buying something for future instead of tempo might unlock my composition is so important (reflecto, and elemental example).
Loved this video mate, I'm sitting at like 4500 rating atm so still low and really trying to improve. I enjoyed this vid a lot, watched it like 4 times so it can sink in haha!
This is the kind of content we need, Jeef. We need to know the fundamentals! Please do something like "shopping explained by a pro". We need to get the basics or we won't ever evolve! Thank you
This is really helpful and i hope will benefit me for next season. Sadly i've only been playing for two weeks and haven't really memorized the comps yet to be able to employ this.
Really powerful thinking system, I only intuitively build Demon like this and have really high WR with them (even I don't really like playing demon). This holistic view on shaping a combo is going to be game changing for me.
I feel like I tend to commit way too much early on. I usually get around 6K area until hitting hard stop and this might be the reason for it. Thank you for informative video
Amazing video, so informative, I'd love a video dedicated to pivoting. I understand what it is, but I'm completely clueless about how to do it and when is the right time to do it, thanks again for the video.
Great video! Could you make a video about early/middle game of current spell patch? I'm really lost.. feels like i am losing the game by dying before getting anywhere... frustrating.
While I'm still pretty green (only started a few weeks ago), I've found that commiting to a species as Hunter is ridiculous! I've created a totally random deck that wins 3 out of 4 times. You're so right! Commiting early on must be the worst mistake! No nevermind, that Hunter is the weakest class, I get loads of enjoyment blowing stuff up, and taking the victory!
hehe i watched this video and the first game i played on the new patch i got 1st place. Good video because its not about specifics instead its more about general strategy and i feel my brain has been dying to hear some thoughts about that
Amazing video, any chance you could make a guide on how to use the t6 cards? A lot of them seem like total crap. Like I always sell Motley Phalanx cus she seems crappy?
Jeef you should do a guide on knowing when to gauge your opponent strength based on what tier he is at and numbers of triples and knowing when to cut the scaling and go all in. There are so many instances where I failed to realize I can't out scale the top player in the lobby and got a lower potential position then I would have if I just went all in.
Thanks, Jeef! Great video. I recently started playing BG's two months ago and I am 8k MMR. This video was very helpful for me. One question I always have is, "when is scaling too late?" If you ever have a low roll game where you are just trying to stay alive, how do you know if you can pivot to some OP scaling or if you aren't able to find good scaling in time, so you should just scam and go for a top 4 finish?
Loved the guide, but the undead enable/commit cards had me head scratching...or maybe it's because the reborn cards are obvious, but then it made me wonder what I'm missing in the other tribes.
This is my first season, I’m sitting around 5300mmr. My main problem is definitely the pivot. I feel like I never know what to do when I have, say, a 40/40 card that does nothing to strengthen my team. I know I need to sell but also it’s the only card helping me survive. Is this because I force a direction early?
8:33 omg these first place boards. Look at how tiny they are compared to the current quest meta! lmfao. Sometimes I forget why Lightfang and Mithrax were dominant back then. But this isn't even that long ago, no? Mighta been early wins since they were Aranna, but the game and its players are definitely making leaps and bounds in stats.
"Well, you're not wrong, but you're not right. The cirrect answer is, it depends. But you're mostly wrong."
Absolutely demolished

TY Jeef. I never know when my comps are bait, I just roll murlocs.
This has immensely opened up my view of the game, banger once again
AGREE!

TY so much. I struggled so hard this season. I really needed a video like this to give me a general idea how to play and not just copy how others play
The best piece of content I ever saw about BG, sharing it with my friends!! 👏👏👏

Fantastic. Great video that points it out instead of just showing plays without pedagogical explanation.
More of these please!
Randomly came across this video and wow thank you this was very insightful, been stuck on 7k for a while and this really opened up my eyes. Great video! You got a great vibe about yourself!
Easily the best instructional video on bgs that I have seen. Nice work
Jeef is the best phd supervisor I’ve ever had. A++
had won once in my first 10-15 games and won first shot after watching. Thanks for the help!!
Thats what i needed. Thanks jeefy.

The info in these vids is immensely useful. Cant wait to go and try out these strats.

That was a really good guide, I sent it to my friend as he's trying to get into battlegrounds rn
Awesome Guide and Explanation. Please continue like that 💪🏾 one of the best BG RUclipsts out there
I just started HS and I love your videos, thanks for the insights.
great guide, thanks Jeef. I get better at this game by learning from you!
So much information in such a compact video. Heckin good stuff
This is really helpful and i hope will benefit me for next season. Sadly i've only been playing for two weeks and haven't really memorized the comps yet to be able to employ this.
Another absolute banger, great video Jeef!
Really powerful thinking system, I only intuitively build Demon like this and have really high WR with them (even I don't really like playing demon). This holistic view on shaping a combo is going to be game changing for me.
@jeffHS I watched 3 of your videos, and i went from being stuck at being a 5500 noob, straight into 6000 and able to climb still, thank you for this!
YESSS EDUCATIONAL BG CONTENT🗣️🗣️🗣️
Amazing video Jeef, thank you for building this content! Would be great if you can post more theory and guide videos, you are the best!!
Thank you so much for this guide! I would love to see more explanations like this.
i needed this ngl
Really good bro. I am trash at this mode but I'm slowly getting better thanks to Ur vids. Keep it up.
Im a beginner and your clear a simple explanations helped me alot, thank you sir.
This was fantastic. Thanks Jeef
I feel like I tend to commit way too much early on. I usually get around 6K area until hitting hard stop and this might be the reason for it.
Thank you for informative video
Love the videos Jeef! Please do a video on early game choices and good general pick cards next 🙏
Amazing video, so informative, I'd love a video dedicated to pivoting. I understand what it is, but I'm completely clueless about how to do it and when is the right time to do it, thanks again for the video.
This video is amazing thank you so much
Best video, priceless. TY man!
Thanks jeef, loved it !
Great content, please keep doing vids like this!
Thank you for the guide - it's very informative!
Great video! Could you make a video about early/middle game of current spell patch? I'm really lost.. feels like i am losing the game by dying before getting anywhere... frustrating.
Do early turns buying guide, strongest minions to choose from with examples ! Ty Jeff

this was crazy informative
bro....... I answered all of them are directional I need this video 0:40
Fantastic video thanks for charing your knowledge our lord and saviour
Wow! No doubt this is the most valuable BG video I’ve seen so far. You’ve showed me the light once again. Thanks man 🫶🏼
hehe i watched this video and the first game i played on the new patch i got 1st place. Good video because its not about specifics instead its more about general strategy and i feel my brain has been dying to hear some thoughts about that
I liked this video a lot, please make one for spells meta 😁
Thanks for an interesting and helpful video, Jeff! Thanks also to @Tomatos for telling us about your channel
Great guide, very helpful! ❤
Great educational video. Helped me alot! Please more:-)
Excellent work
Most informative young Sir
Amazing video, any chance you could make a guide on how to use the t6 cards? A lot of them seem like total crap. Like I always sell Motley Phalanx cus she seems crappy?
great vid. would love more vids like it!
Jeef has the intensity of 10000 suns
Great video, think most of your viewers are somewhat high MMR so I would think about doing a more high-level guide as well
Good video broski
More please!😊
damn this video has a good explanation thank you !
I kinda learned most of that as I played I know I can’t pick up a high tier minion if I haven’t built for it yet it’d be useless/weak
Thank you very much. I'm trying to get better since I'm hardstuck at 8k. And this video helped me a lot.
I'm hardstuck 5,5k 💀
So helpful. I'd love more on pivoting, as a 7,500 MMR player I'm awful at this (although I also commit too early)
Привет от Лехи Томатоса, love your vids, thx
Jeef you should do a guide on knowing when to gauge your opponent strength based on what tier he is at and numbers of triples and knowing when to cut the scaling and go all in. can u do more updates like this pls, its so useful bro thx
More like this!
Thank you Jeef!!!
Thanks Jeef, why no game play with your thought process/explanations for the plays you make?
5500 and this was so helpful. I’m a noob!
Very interrresting vidéo , continue thanks you
I wish you were this friendly during live streams 😢
do more guides like this one
Thank you for this :)
Ty jeef will try to finally hit 8k and beyond
Thanks, Jeef! Great video. I recently started playing BG's two months ago and I am 8k MMR. This video was very helpful for me.

I feel like with each video, Jeef's camera gets higher
Excellent content. ty!
We need a written roadmap theat depicts the enable point and commit point for every build.
omg this video is supper amazing, it would be amazing if you can do a video like this with every update
great video, but even better squirtle plush
Amazing video
what should i do if i don't have any enablers but see or discover from a triplet
one of them in the shop or if i see a key card like utility drone?
Do you consider the deathrattle undead that buffs attack to be an enabler or something that you commit with?
Thanks Jeef. Please do a video this December 6.
Good video, thanks.
@JeefHS do you ever do training/coaching?
Far great
Your chat don’t want no top 4, we aiming for that pivot turn for top 1 😎
ty jeef!
Loved the guide, but the undead enable/commit cards had me head scratching...or maybe it's because the reborn cards are obvious, but then it made me wonder what I'm missing in the other tribes.

If you tilt your camera more downwards, you don't look like a garden gnome.
Good video btw.
