Fast and delicious. Best part of this presentation is she gets right to it and gets the job done. No comedy acts or theatrics. Thanks. This was great with lime too!!

The chef is doing a great job at showing how to pan sear a moist and flavorful fish fillet in a very practical way .I definitely learned some good tips on pan grilling fish by watching her video .
Thank you for the fast, simple, video. My fish dinner for 3 turned out very nicely. I basically cooked breakfast or burgers for 50 years. Now I use internet to teach this old dog new tricks. Yum.
I have not cooked fish for a long time so needed some guidance. I followed these instructions to the letter and the result was absolutely perfect. Thanks for this video.
Susan I am a beginner cooker and I just started a new diet and I've NEVER cooked fish before and, mistakenly, I treated it like chicken. So you can take a guess how that went. But after that disaster I came right here and started over and my fish came out perfectly. Take you so much.
@@reducedtoatoms327 You can also eat Sardine from tinplate sometimes. They are good (not tasty but you can add into other food and also some tast makers). You can look up Dr. Berg on RUclips talking about it.
saad alkuwari your comment cracked me up. My great aunt had a pair of those. Infact she had the heat resistant tongue and cast iron stomach to match. Must have caught a great sale
my wife and I have been wanting to add Fish to our dinner rotation but thought it would be too hard to cook. Tonight we bought some Salmon and I followed your video and it came out awesome!! Now Fish will be in my family's diet!
Yeah, this is one of those old school recipes that didn't say add cinnamon, cumin, dill, minced garlic, ginger, gold flakes, nutmeg, minced onions, paprika, rosemary, saffron, tarragon, thyme, turmeric, Old Bay Seasoning, butter only from cows in the Swiss Alps, lemons only from India, and all ingredients added at specific times during the cooking process. This was straight forward with the minimum required ingredients to give it great flavors.
Thank you so much for simple but helpful presentation. I am getting into fishes, been searching for helpful, none of then gave details as many you gave. Thank you again.
Nicely done..weather is getting warmer and I did not want to use my oven for baked fish..although I love that with the buttered bread crumbs (I use crushed croutons) but this recipe looks wonderful and easy..love the butter-lemon sauce..doing this tonight! It would be the best thing for cod and could not be easier !! Thank you !
I usually use a little Zatarain's Creole seasoning, but you are right, it is as simple as just salt and pepper. I tried this today and it was great. The fish was Spanish Mackerel. Thanks for the video. Your presentation was very well done.
Hi Chris - You can use the same pan, but take the fish out first. After it's cooked, add the spring onions (or finely sliced leeks) to the hot pan, maybe with a little extra oil or butter. They will cook very quickly and then just top the fish with the vegetable garnish. Enjoy!
Thank You for your video as it is EXCELLENT! :-) I recently have been diagnosed as a type 2 diabetic & I've watched numerous videos & your video's & complete commentary is by far the BEST! Thank You VERY MUCH as I'm no chef nor am I a great cook but this will definately help me succeed! Any videos you reccomend for diabetics would TOTALLY be awesome! Once Again THANK YOU SOO VERY MUCH! :-)
Thank you - we'll try it - my son does not eat fish - but after watching your video - he now wants to try - we'll use the same fish as yours for the best try out
Great video, trying this tomorrow as I just bought flounder and am relatively new to cooking fish. I've grilled it but it's way too cold for that now so was looking for a different way :D

Thank you for this. I really needed because I am frying for the first time in my life lol. And I am a 31+ year old man lol. Thank you
Same, i used to deep fry food before I knew that deep frying adds a lot of calories to food and i decided to learn how to pan fry food instead

I use a reasonably priced extra virgin olive oil for most cooking, however, olive oil and canola oil are also good choices.
I love your recipes. They are simple but delicious!
