Looks like a nice step up from the Craftsmen box and not too much money!

I found it was decent quality for the price. Plus, you can’t go wrong wit Costco’s return policy. Thanks for commenting.

I saw the 54" version of the pro 2 and the metal seems to be on the thin side because I could see the welds through the metal

Hey John , great review. Are you still satisfied with it, now that you had it awhile? How sturdy is it and is there much side-to-side play when the drawers are open. It's 19 gauge steel compared to 21 gauge for Canadian Tire's Mastercraft and Maximum cabinets so I'd think it's a step up.

Hi Robert! Thanks for taking the time to comment. Yes, I am still pleased with it. I find it to be plenty sturdy. Much better than the Craftsman I had, or Mastercraft ones that I see at Canadian Tire. As for side-to-side play with the drawers open. There is a little movement of the drawer if you wiggle it from side to side. Mostly from the one side of the drawer wanting to slide back into the cabinet. If you mean the cabinet itself moving side-to-side, there is no play at all. It's very rigid. One of my gripes would be the liners in the drawers. They are slippery. Unless the tool is heavy, like a drill or impact, it's going to slide around when you open and close the drawers. Easily fixed with some new drawer liners, but that adds a little cost to the equation.

Any chance you're able to tell me the bolt spacing measurements on the caster wheels? I'm looking to pick up this tool chest from Costco, but I want to order a new set of casters for it, so the tool chest can be moved in any direction. I'm hoping I can get the new casters before the Costco order arrives.

@@pitcherthis6483 you will need to make some time if you want it to grow. Hour a week or so. The videos do not need to be perfect or overly lengthy. You Just need to get content up and going that makes sense. When you see a turn around and want to invest more time. Do so then.
I see a decent potential channel here. Happy youtubeing
