- Recently I bought this crossbeats ignite s4 max just because of this beautiful apple watch design but after using this just for 5 days I realized this isn't even a complate tech gadget please watch the full video to know what are the major problems with this watch

Har 2 ghante me 20% kam ho jati...aur 20 -20% hi kar k kam hoti hai , for i.e :- 100% se 80% for 60% fir 40% etc...Kapda chu jaye to display on ho jati hai 5min tak,, totally shittttt
Sach me mat lena mera bhi paise ghus gaye phele toh watch jab ayi toh uska button nikla hua tha tab maine crossbeats pe email kiya ki watch damaged deliver Hui hai but crossbeats wale mann ko nahi tayyar ki watch damaged deliver ho sakti or khe rahe ki physical damage hai 🥲🥺🤬🤬

If you want to loose your hard earned money on this cheap Chinese company go ahead and buy it. Please consider below points while buying :
1. This company doesn't have any service centers except in Bangalore.
2. If the product malfunctions within warranty you need to send the product on your own cost to Bangalore.
3. Chances are very high that tha product might stop working within first 2-3 months.
4. There is literally no warranty on any crossbeats products even if the product stop working on their own. They will simply say that due to voltage fluctuation it is not working and hence cannot be covered under warranty.
5. There is no helpline no or contact support. Only email is available, they will take 3-5 days to respond back.
I have been struggling to get my pebble earphones fixed since more than an year. They have kept my earphones from past 15 months and are not returning. They are asking for 2500 rs to fix those even though new ones are retailing at 2000 rs.
Bhai CROSSBEATS sell for 4999 🤔 , and work 3 months. And dead . Sand for warranty, they said Icu gone no warranty . Atleast pebble selling it for 2199 . All china importer.

Never buy any crossbeats products, the after sales service is just pathetic. The warranty is just on the paper, they will never entertain your warranty claim. My personal experience nd the worst one.
Forgot major issue the on time for the watch is 5 minutes. If I remove the watch and keep it on the table flat it will show the full screen for 5 minutes. There is no other option to select. Only 5 minutes

Absolutely correct observation.. The same thing is happening with my piece also.. I wrote a few emails to their support.. they have asked me to send the device to their Bangalore office for replacement as I bought it from their Website..
dont buy crossbeats, worst product. i have used S4 MAx and wasted my Rs.4000/- REQUEST ALL OF YOU DONT BUY CROSSBEATS, WASTE OF MONEY. CHINESE PRODUCT AND EVEN THE PHONE APP IS CHINESE. They say easy returns, there is no easy returns.
Mere ignite S3 watch bhi most of time auto work karta hai, warranty me hote huve bhi replacement je liye reject kiya
same issue bro. they are charging courier charges its against in consumer rights. always they reject replacement product and they charge for watch repairs
