How did you get that awesome view from the microscope? Did you add a filter or something? Im begginer in microscopy so i don't really know about any type of microscopy other than darkfield and brightfield
I’m using a technique here called “differential interference contrast” it’s a pretty high end technique that uses polarized light and prisms to shade the images.
