Just got my first scope today. JTTM was the easy solution to prevent me from buying something used and leaving it disassembled for 5 years. Mods will come, but I'm far from equipment-limited at this point.

Thank you for these videos and the tips you've provided. I watched your "Quick Tips-Dark Field microscopy' video and had a question. I posted it here as its your most recent video. Wil the method using the Swift 380B microscope that you demonstrated there, allow for live blood analysis? Would there be a slightly different microscope that's best for live blood analysis? Finding a low-cost solution like this would be amazing. Thanks

Yes I use an Olympus BH2 with a DIC kit and I also switch brightfield, darkfield, polarization, and phase contrast during my streams.

Can you you see semen in good quality and see some of the STI's with this scope?
