Saving a ULEZ Victim - 1999 Renault Clio 1.6 Initiale, a Little Slice of French Luxury!

I saw a post on a facebook group about this special little car seeking adoption, otherwise it was sadly going to be scrapped. This was due to the expansion of London's ULEZ, meaning the car could no longer be kept by it's owner of more than 20 years.
Naturally I wasted time and money saving something that will probably remain worthless.... but so glad I did. A 1999 supermini with leather, wood, and an automatic gearbox - it was so ahead of it's time! Here's the journey from an early morning start to a very happy ending.
