I hope I don’t sound arrogant, but do people even read? I’ve watched several videos about the quest, and read a ton of comments about the final decision. Neither of the options is true, the Tenno proposes for her to choose one of the three people now inhabiting her mind to be the voice she uses to lead them into battle, but that doesn’t mean she “becomes”, or “accepts”, that person as her new identity, she herself says her mind is fractured. She’s no longer Natah, can’t be the real Margulis, and the Lotus was an amalgamation of the former two, shaped by Ballas. Neither of the three options are “real”, she’s still fighting to pick up the pieces among these three and perhaps build someone new to be in this recently obtained freedom.

@@neitherlink6612 i got your point but the lotus and the radiant lotus are two different person, like you said, the radiant lotus said she thought she was natah, margulis or the lotus, but she was none of them, she discovered her real self after fighting ballas. The radiant lotus is a representation of the lotus finally being a real person and not projections of other things, she was born in the new war

Thankfully I saved up on plat and bought all the skins. However, I regret picking Natah as my choice, cuz her skin is ugly outside of it's giant Sentient princess body and it's the skin that appears when I click on New War again. I also kinda miss "Lotus" being the name whenever she speaks, but I've played too much Mass Effect and thought Natah was the "Good" option. At least Hunhow has his daughter back...
WF doesn't do 'good' and 'bad'/'evil' The sun options are just for giving in to your emotions and humanity, for better _and_ for worse... and the moon options are for rejecting your humanity in favor of cold pragmatism and logic ...which does make Margulis kindof a weird choice for a moon option, but whatever. but yeah, there are plenty of times where the 'sun' option makes you the asshole - it's not quite so cut and dry as good/bad

I seem to have a glitch, I choose Natah but when I listen to her guiding in a mission or railjack, not only is her name still lotus. She still has the same skin and not the natah skin. I play on xbox one and I dont understand if this is a glitch, or im doing something wrong.

It effects your karma meter tho. Currently the karma meter thing hasn't done much except alter some dialog but allegedly it will come in to play at some point

I thought it would have an effect because of false advertisement on DE's part that I could actually give up on the lotus and go full on edgy sith mode.

You only get the one you choose so those that didn’t choose rad lotus won’t get it
You'll always get the original Lotus (pre-Apostasy Prologue) no matter who you choose.
Light choice gives Natah because it is her true form.

The NAME is permanent. The cosmetic appearance can be customized.
