Yes to part two, please! Also, I can relate to the bird thieves at Lake Agnes. I lost what I would say was the most delicious chocolate croissant I've ever tried to a Nutcracker on my visit. Then I had to sit and watch as it devoured it right in front of me. :(
Hi All, One of the best aspects, I believe, of your images is that they are not overly "technical"; not too much emphasis on composition, highlight/shadow detail, etc, all that stuff which tends to draw ones attention from the photograph. The best aspect is that they draw emotion; give a viewer a "feeling" from the situation. And last, I Have always been one for sharpness and (color contrast) or color definition/richness: ie. no like "middle shades" but blue, green, yellow; like the original (Ilfochrome papers) and you're finished prints portray that. Now If you would just consider some (Nikon lenses). Just kidding. O, one more item, Ansel was always a stickler for items "cut off" on the edges of prints, or perhaps just protruding into them from edges. I always look out for that and feel sometimes things like that help keep your eye looking into the photograph, but you might want to consider if dark rocks of branches etc sticking in on sides should stay. Just a comment.
