A "Neutral Plane" draft in the Draft Feature will taper the walls toward the 'direction of pull'. The angle is a net difference from the grey arrow shown on screen. Since the arrow is vertical, the angle must be taken from a vertical reference, which in this case changes the 70deg to 20deg.
