About Transformers: War for Cybertron (2010)

please please please please. war for cybertron and fall of cybertron multiplayer was soo much fun. It never feels like a sweat fest and war for cybertron escalation was both challenging and entertaining.
Yes! I have so many fond memories of playing the MP in these games. It was such a blast to race in as a vehicle, transform, unleash absolute carnage and then race away again before anyone knew what was going on. Even more fun when the survivors gave chase and suddenly it's an epic getaway.
Yes especially fall bcs of the customisation and the weapons it was the only multiplayer that doesn’t make u rage
WFC was the only game I managed to get a perfect K/D in a PvP match, and I'm not even a tryhard. I WAS Optimus Prime in that moment. No other game quite scratched that itch afterwards.

The fact that they updated the steam page backs up the idea that they will also be rereleased on PlayStation
As an xbox player, I think they should be, console wars are dumb and we are all gamers, I've waited for WFC and FOC to come back for so long I can only imagine my fellow brothers and sisters feel the same

I think these 2 games are the Cybertron trilogy (War for Cybertron, Fall of Cybertron, Rise of the Dark Spark) and the movie trilogy (Transformers, Revenge of the Fallen, Dark of the Moon) bundled together like they did with the Battlefront Classic Collection.
That would be awesome! Instant buy!

Transformers one is about the past before rise of the beast and last knight from transformers 1 movie
Not really this was the plan when Microsoft bought Activision. One of the reasons why they bought Activision is to revive old IPs.

I've been a lucky turd playing the digital copy on ps4 since 2017 and had no idea it was even removed until my friend tried to download it in 2022! They're the best Transformers games so ya people need to have them, or how about a third new title in UE5!?!?
It would make most sense if they made it official or announce they're bringing war and fall to cybertron back either remaster or remake idk but i say its make sense for those two because transformers one the movie is coming out this month, and since there's been alot of good reviews from the movie why not re-release war and fall of cybertron since they take place on cybertron.
I mean, similarly, ever since Alien Romulus came out, people went back and play games like Alien isolation, so if Microsoft announce it or even shadow drop them either before or after transformers one it'll definitely get people excited
They should bring back ‘Transformers: The Game’ and make it backwards compatible on Series X|S
if Microsoft is working with the licensing to get these games and the old marvel Activision games back it would be one of the first good things that's actually come of that merger, I missed marvel ultimate alliance 1 and 2 on Xbone and PS4 and fall of Cybertron was one of my favorite games my dad had on ps3

I have been waiting for so long to play these games again. War for cybertron was my favorite growing up. These games were my childhood and it would mean the world to me if they brought them back.

We need multiplayer, escalation(all maps), EVERY SINGLE DLC(dinobots, insecticons, exclusives all of it) sprinkle all that in and it’s a done deal
Really quickly production doesn't mean release it just means they've officially/secretly begun development so we could be looking at early 2025
But that is just my opinion if it's the Fall of Cybertron games I'm buying immediately

I have copies of both WFC and FoC from back when the Xbox 360 Elite was the most advanced model of its product line.
This will hopefully inject new funds into either refurbishing the games for backwards compatibility, or continuing on with the events of the upcoming Transformers One movie.

I hope they'll give development to someone who already developed good slasher genre games, because Devastation 2 should become something like Fall of Cybertron have become in comparison to War for Cybertron. Almost the same, but greatly upgraded.

Actually it would be great. Even if the entire playthrough will be on both ships Ark and Nemesis only, with falling to Earth as the ending.

I hope if it is a rerelease of War and Fall, that they come with the multiplayer DLC's prepackaged into them. That was kind of a major issue back in the day at least for WFC with players getting kicked out of lobbies of they didn't have access to a DLC map. At least it was an issue for console, for PC we didn't have ANY WFC DLC access.

Why can’t they just make a transformer game? It looks like G1 and it’s like Star Wars battlefront where you pick your character based on which side you are on, and you can fight for things on earth and Cybertron. And then you can unlock different versions of them like armada Megatron or Cybertron Optimus prime.
I’m tired of these hyper futuristic cybertronian styles.
I don’t want something that could easily be confused with some robots space battle, and in a far away galaxy.
We need something fresh and new
