First, it's an outdoor venue, humidity and wind wreak havoc on live sound. Second, when recording an album, there are layers upon layers of tracks to make the music sound as good as possible. There isn't a band out there that sounds EXACTLY like they do on the album, it's just the way things work.
Holy sh*t, I remember hearing 'Whispers' from this band many years ago and thinking the singer had a lot of autotune put on her voice (still liked the overall feel of the song, just sayin), but here she sings really beautifully, very nice

I miss them so much. I’m so glad I found a live version, I truly thought her recorded voice was too good to be true. But she’s INCREDIBLE. ❤
I rediscovered this band recently . Soooo good. They had 2 albums and disappeared. The music was better than a lot of symphonic bands at the time.
