My pink Syngonium does not grow and the leaves will not uncurl, can you tell me what it might need. Its in an east facing window with some window shades, I use a water meter to test water moisture, help!

Open the shades. Morning light is good. Mine has a chopstick I push all the way to the bottom. I take the chopstick out before I water it. When it's dry water it. If the leaves are warm to the touch mist it lightly. Mine is under a grow light. I only use rain water.
