Thank you so much! I never knew how to make these and no one ever said to use peroxide and wash. I love how detailed you are and actually TEACH. Thanks again
I like the fan fold. I am a high school art teacher with no funding. We are doing a start up tshirt business and will do sublimation and htv this year just to dip our toes, love this, thank you so much!
I do crafts with all the grandkids n grown kids every now n then. This has inspired me to try this with all the grands n kids...a great time will be had by all. Thanks for sharing the ideas. ❤
I think your table looks really cool! It's a reflection of all the cool things you've created and it's a piece of art on its own. ☺️ Love these design ideas!
I absolutely LOVE this video you actually teach while you do your process, alot of people just show the video with no instructions. Thank you so much !
A ratio of 1 part 3% hydrogen peroxide to 10 parts water is effective for neutralizing bleach- soak rinsed clothes in this solution for 10 minutes, and then throw your clothes in the washing machine for a wash/rinse cycle.
Thank you for this informative and helpful tutorial! I tried your techniques this past weekend and my shirts came out beautifully! Two tips for anyone trying this: do a peroxide wash after every bleaching. It stops the bleaching process and “sets” the shirt. Also, the way the shirt looks when wet is not how it will look fully dry and finished. So stop the process slightly before you get to the desired look so it will be what you want when dried!
I have often bleached different shirts and only recently found out how important it is to neutralize the bleach with peroxide. I found out the hard way. When I added color and had it sitting in the sun it was looking cool . When I came out check on it after a couple of hours all the color was nearly gone... so I added more color and the same thing happened again ( I was so frustrated by this stage and did some research and that's when I learnt how Important it is to soak in peroxide. After that I have some Awsome Tshirts turn out really cool 👍I really liked the ice dye effects so will definitely try that out. Your tutorial was really excellent, good job. Erik 😎🇳🇿
Thank you SO much for this. I’ve been googling for hours to try and figure out how to do what I had in my mind and this SUPER succinct but in depth video just solved all my problems.
This is awesome. What brands and poly mix where these shirts? Would have been nice to see a clock next to the shirts so we have an idea of the bleaching and drying time. Thanks for sharing. I have that same table😉
Thank you for the great video, I just have one question, what shirts did you use for the bleaching polyester or cotton? Keep up the great creative work.
Another fun scrunch method to try: fold the wet t-shirt in half hot dog style then scrunch it. Then you rubber band it until it looks like a waffle shape (yes I mean the little squares). After that you bleach inside the squares like a checkerboard on both sides and it’s a cool lookin scrunch design that looks store bought!😁
another fun technique is to cut the base off of a bunch of celery, dip the cut edge in bleach or paint and press on the shirt. it will make a rose pattern.
Do you add water to the bleach or is it straight bleach? I gave up on bleaching because I kept getting holes eaten through before I even rinsed the shirt. Any ideas to prevent that? Do you immediately rinse every shirt in the peroxide/water solution after bleaching? Great video...I'm subbing to you at once!
Wonderful video! I’m sure you have covered this but there are so many comments and I didn’t see an answer. What is your bleach mixture? And have you ever used G6400 cotton tees?
Yeah they are all cute the purple was bright all the designs are sweet they are all tissues for first place. Like your print equipment would you tell me about it?! Thanks for the fun!
I keep my notifications turned on for your videos because you have helped me so much. It’s because of you I got the confidence to start my lil craft business. Thanks Girly for all you do for the Craft community 🥹
This is AWESOME!!! Do you have to let it dry in the sun? If so, how long do you typically leave it out in the sun. Last question, if it is overcast will it still work?
Thank you for making this video! I've not been making many shirts lately because I've not really felt inspired, just kinda bored with it. This video has motivated me to get my tshirts out fill up the bleach bottles and try some new things! 😊
I tried bleaching on polyester and printed a sublimation transfer. However, the print was very faded looking not as bright or dark as yours after being pressed, do I soak in peroxide longer? Learning so much from you thank you for the videos 💜
I like the burgundy and the hunter green, which I believe they were the ice tie-dye?! I think they came out great! Also, I’m a newbie meaning this is my first time watching you and I just subscribed and looking forward to watching many many more of your videos. I think you’re fantastic. 👍😊🤗❤️
Ooooo Sallie I love these, I also love that you can do just Tye-Dye with these techniques. Oh gosh I can pick, I love the fan fold, the scrunch method… really all of them. So unique.
Gday sallie, thank you for this awesome idea…..i make bags and other stuff from jeans, im guessing i can use the same method on them, so excited to try…….have an awesome day/night xxxxx
Hello , I just want to say that you have helped me so much! Most people just get on here and just tell you bits and pieces. You will definitely be blessed.. Also, I have one question , do you give all the shirts a peroxide bath before you wash and dry them?
i love your table. it shows your history of all the work you've done on it.
Thank you so much! I never knew how to make these and no one ever said to use peroxide and wash. I love how detailed you are and actually TEACH. Thanks again
Yeah but I don't think it is necessary but maybe in case you want to prevent the bleach to bleach the rest when put in water to wash it out?
I like the fan fold. I am a high school art teacher with no funding. We are doing a start up tshirt business and will do sublimation and htv this year just to dip our toes, love this, thank you so much!

The Acid wash was my favorite and I immediately tried on an oups Tea shirt that I got bleach on. And love the results.
This was a nice, relaxing, informative tutorial, thank you!

Fan fold was nice, but I think I like them all best. Thanks for sharing.
Do you add water to the bleach or is it straight bleach? I gave up on bleaching because I kept getting holes eaten through before I even rinsed the shirt. Any ideas to prevent that? thank you for the tutorial and your table….it’s seasoned….love it! Question for ya, do you need a fresh peroxide bath for each shirt?

They were all GREAT!!! I will be trying them all. But I must agree with you the fan one is a fav. I guess childhood memories comes forward. Thank you!
New at this all and your videos explains so much im just curious when bleaching a color shirt what % does the cotton and polyster have to be ?
Thank you I will be trying them all. Can I ask what acid you used please.
I think your table isCOOL!!!
You are so creative. Love your creativity! Tyfs 😊
Loved the video
My favorite? So hard too choose. Acid wash fan loofah. Hope to see more videos.
Loved the acid wash and loofa shirts most but definitely all cute
I tried bleaching on polyester and printed a sublimation transfer. However, the print was very faded looking not as bright or dark as yours after being pressed, do I soak in peroxide longer? Learning so much from you thank you for the videos 💜
I think because you use polyester. For bright colours you need to use 100% cotton or linen.
I love the acid wash technik and the fan fold🥰! I wonder if you use pure bleach?
This is fun... I'm about to bleach my first black and then tie dye it... it'll be fun and interesting
I like the burgundy and the hunter green, which I believe they were the ice tie-dye?! I think they came out great!
Also, I’m a newbie meaning this is my first time watching you and I just subscribed and looking forward to watching many many more of your videos. I think you’re fantastic. 👍😊🤗❤️

Are you doing these on cotton shirts and if you are qhat do you use to keep the design on the tshirts?
I liked the fan fold method.

This was so fun Sallie! It looks like it took a long time, but I really appreciate you taking your time to try these out and show us! Very cool 💗😊

Where do you get those crazy embroidery or are they patches do you upload into a machine and do it directly
Thank you for showing all of these. I like tge tye dye method and the fan fold method the most, but they were all individually neat. 😂
How fun!
Can the shirts be of any fiber content?
When you print your designs ...... do you have to use specific ink and specific paper?????? I do have a heat press :)
The T-shirts that you use seem to be very good quality. Where do you order your blank T-shirts from?
I love them all! How do u turn them in the winter time though?
Perfect video,
Question will the sublimation wash off?
No it won’t 😊
Hey, quick question. Do you wash all your shirts after bleaching before you sublimate them? Or some you don't wash?
Does the shirts need to be polyester to do the sublimation if you bleach them I am just learning to do it. Thanks in advance
What brand of shirt do you use in this video? Nice video.
Thanks. I learned something new today! Great work. I'll be back for more!😉👍❤
