Fine job. I haven't ran into the problem with the blades cutting off. Thanks for the information just in case. Well done. For doing the video, your local dealer should have a shirt or something for you. Just ask
I'm getting a Bad Boy Revolt demo'd at my house next week and thinking about buying one for next Spring. Thanks for the video and for the one doing the overgrown yard. Incidentally, I grew up in Columbus, MS, so not too far from you! I'm in Illinois now, still wondering what happened.
@@LudwigSC93 I believe they fixed that issue on the 2024 models. There was a recall on that switch with the model I have I just haven’t took it there to get replaced yet.
@@servanttofriend8481 Why did you sell it? Did it have mechanical problems? It is a fairly new mower, what gives? Thank you, I am looking for a 34” stander, they are expensive I want reliable good cut. Thanks again for any advice. Jim
@@jamesmacdonnell4085 hey I didn’t sell my revolt I’m still using it! Runs great to defiantly look into bad boy before you make any decisions! They are cheaper than most brands but I’ve ran them since 2013!
Yes that is a great price but a revolt sd is different from just the revolt. One is commercial grade like I have and the other one is residential grade.
If you’re looking for a good quality mower look at bad boy and scag! Also you don’t have to have a dealer close to you if you work on your own stuff like I do! Plus I barely go to the dealer for parts I usually just order off their website!
We have heavy dew here in West Tennessee. Do you ever have any problems with it throwing wet grass and do you know if they make a high lift blade for bad boy?
Hey Cole, Henry here from Pontotoc MS. I just purchased a 2020 Revolt 36, my question is when you engage the blades is it noisy. Mine is very noisy it sounds like pully noise. My 2020 has 52 hrs on it.
I think the top speed is around 9mph. Not the fastest mower on the market but hey I enjoy it! But if your only mowing 2 acres I would look into like the maverick hd zero turn bad boy sales!
You really don’t need it but I use it mainly during the winter months. Also the charger I have is a trickle charger meaning it will charge the battery up and then stop kinda like a alternator on a vehicle
@@WestbankGrassShrimp there are two ways that charger hooks to battery either with clamps or a adaptor that mounts to the battery terminals and then plugs into the charger wire

Yes, the blades will cut off when I had the sensor on it at the time it would slip off the foot plate while mowing the yard!

A revolt is a great mower I actually have a 36 revolt ordered to.

There's a recall on the stand on plate sensor. You can get it replaced for free. Make it safer for you again if you wish to.
Thank you! Glad they looked into it!
Shoot, i need a handle and cable system like that for my Rebel.

Thanks!
