Yes graphics is on par with UE5. But all developers jumped to UE5 not because it has pretty graphics. But because how easy it is to achieve them. No more banking, no more technical limitations. Just throw multibilion polygon assets and you are done, engine will do the rest for you.
UE5 actually performs very poorly CPU wise for now. Sure its easy to make things pretty but you start introducing complex behaviours and lots of active assets and it all falls apart very quickly. Im actually worried about CDPR switching and kinda puzzled, now that they clearly got a pretty good handle on REDEngine why swap, so much engeneering effort to create probably the most CPU efficient engine on the market and they give up on it.
@@unki87 yeah, i think the UE5 switch was really weird as well. Hopefully it goes over well, but i think the future projects will not run as efficiently from here on out

Some cars don’t like reflections, they are too noisy and unnatural. and some are nice, why don’t they make one nice for everyone? I thought that my 4070 couldn’t handle it, but it turns out it’s the same on a powerful system

@@sarvij9870just because it looks realistic doesn’t mean it looks good, it’s washed out, over exposed and has terrible colour accuracy and tbh nobody should be even considering this when it’s paywalled and you can get the effect with stuff like nova lut and the ultimate graphics Reshade which are both free and actually has proper tutorials to set up instead of this shady guy cutting communications as soon as you pay for it and not helping and making it so that the Reshade you buy is slightly different to the one shown in this video so you can never get it the same look.
