In overdue you could put papyrus and sans fused (that story where papyrus gets sick and ends up melting together with sans)
or playbacktale papyrus(flowey merged with the 6 human souls but papyrus tried stopping him but he failed and they fused

After listening to this, I am just wondering about Undertale Aus as Mario Madness songs. I am just realized for Apparition you could use Act 3 of revenge papyrus. The poses could be references to the new designs while his idle is his original design.
If we are sticking with the theme of horror being horror Mario/ultra m. Then I shall ask for this:
All Gores/All stars
Act 1 horror sans in some form vs bf and gf.
Act 2 Horror papyrus, horror toriel, horror Asgore, and horror flowey
Act 3 some VERY worse Gorey version of GF vs bf (make sure horror singing that whole come now take the step)
Act 4 Horror sans vs bf finale. (Make him mimic the other horror characters OR or sans AUs. )

although i wouldve liked it like 100x more if mettaton's vocals were those little robotic buzzes you hear at the start of metal crusher
His chromatics are samples from his talk sound and vocalized with a fx
I thought that Using only that sound from metal crusher for his voice was pretty basic and overused, like the sans chromatic with his talk sound
overused? ive legit never heard those sounds used as vocals before
i mean sure indie cross milked that sound to hell but most other sans chroms ive heard have been original voiceclips (like voice impressions i mean, you get the gist)
