    Is it possible to connect mic beta58 GLXD2+ to receiver GLXD4 ?

    Maybe Shure can answer this.... my receiver often loses reception no matter how close I am. With handheld its a constant jittery of in/out reception. Can't really use it anymore... the bodypack with Crown headset or guitar also comes in and out... blue light AND the green battery indicator on the receiver (always have extra battery in there) flash on and off when reception is lost

    Does the antenna come off to use the antenna distribution unit? or is it permanently attached? I can't seem to get it off from the receiver.

    I have 3 sm 58... But no receivers. Can we connect all this 3 SM58 to one single receiver and can be used at once ?
    If yes or no please tell me how to achieve this and the receiver model to buy

      Each transmitter must have a dedicated receiver. Trying to tune two transmitters into a single receiver is like trying to tune in two radio stations on the same channel. Our support team can help talk you through what you will need and you can open up a ticket with them at shu.re/contact.

    The singer has a reciever can I just buy a pack and use his reciever

    • @shure
      @shure  4 года назад

      If the singer is using the receiver already with a transmitter, then no. You can only have one active transmitter per receiver; otherwise, it's like trying to get two radio stations to play on the same channel. If it's a spare receiver not in use, then yes.

    Worst mic I've EVER used. Played around 30 shows with it so far and have made it through 1 (one) show without drop out issues. I've set it to group 4 for supposedly best results, lowered the gain and NOTHING sorts the 2.4gHz frequency problem. Played my first show in 8 months this past weekend and the mic cut out on 4 separate occasion during a 1 hour show.
    I took it back to the store I bought it last year, was sent away to Shure, and they came back saying it was fine. I asked to exchange it for a different mic (one NOT operating on 2.4) and was told I couldn't so I'm stuck with this garbage. Also not overly happy with Shure for not sorting this issue out as the mic DOES NOT work correctly and is a constant liability.
