    So I tried to run the shure updated app and not sure why it does not show if I need for update . I am also assuming that switching to group 4 is much better which I did.? Still not sure as I found another video that said switch to group 2 .
    Very confusing and frustrating

    Avoid buying I purchased 3 systems when first released. Had a stupid amount of RF issues to the point of the systems being useless. When I complained I was told to hold out for the issue to be rectified as it was promised by shure, I did this and then nothing. The issue has never been resolved they are useless in a live setting where people are which makes them not useable for live bands etc. Worst purchase I’ve made and also worst service from such a huge company it’s basically yes we know the product does not work as it should but we are not willing to compensate or take them back!

      La meme chose pour moi. 3 systèmes , décrochage en continue, impossible d'effectuer les mises à jour. bref je ne recommande pas du tout .

    Recently my mic has suddenly gone off while singing, the button is still in the on position but the green light has gone off and the sound is lost. I then have to switch the button off then on again to get it working again. Any ideas?

    the button on my reciever has some problems. It won't work 80% of the time. Is there a way to fix this?
