So none of the huts are connected to the mains electric, water or sewerage. The toilet facilities are shared with the public. Not only does each hut cost in excess of £300k, but you can't have a mortgage on one so it must be a cash purchase and you still have to pay Council Tax.
You can sleep in them - but only from April to October.
If you require vehicle access to the huts, you are allowed 5 trips a year - at a cost for the permit! If you own a boat, you are allowed to keep it on the beach - but if you own a 2nd one, you must pay for an additional permit!
And finally, if you as the owner want to gift your hut to a family member, the price is in excess of £2k....
    Personally, I'd spend £100k on a boat and £1k on a Mooring!
(The hut on stilts is a "day hut" - no sleeping and rented out)

Hello! That’s super interesting and doesn’t seem like a good deal at all. They are just for the rich! But for those prices you could get a actual house with gas and electric haha!
Do you mind if I pin this comment to the video… I feel like people would be interest to read this?

£300000 + what a rip off. And all it is is a glorified garden shed

I see these huts about 11 years ago . My friend lives in Bournemouth and we paid a visit to these . It wasn’t in the summer time and no one was living in them . He did say they were very expensive, can’t remember how much , but £300.000 is absolutely ridiculous . I would rather buy a house overlooking the sea in Spain or Portugal for the same money .

A wonderful video. Thank you. We have many happy, family memories here. Actually revisited for the day, with my brother, back in August. Our passion for this place is still intense! Next year we can hopefully have a week here together, with our respective soulmates.
Thank you once again. I could really feel the peace and tranquillity of this lovely place, on a chilly Friday in February.
Knowing the area as we do, this is the most enjoyable video of Hengistbury Head that I've seen.

I used to stay here with a family friends roughly number 129! Awesome memories from when I was a kid 40 year's ago!
I took a windsurf across the bay, after watching others. Had to walk back, as I couldn't work out how to go the other way!
Next I took the sail off and invented paddle boarding! Lol😆

If you have ore money than sense then you will probably buy one of these sheds. That’s all they are SHEDS.
