Yes you can connect speaker via 3.5mm audio jack and it looks great the only problem is resolution 1080p is low for the size you can see the pixels like 25cm away from it

For someone it is not a problem because the bag is small but i am concerned because this is new monitor.

Ps 5 has hdmi port. The cable included is dp to dp, if you have a hdmi cable you can but do remember if you are using hdmi you can only get 144hz on this monitor, you might want to consider other monitors that are cheaper due to this bottleneck

For the 165hz problem try reloading gpu and restarting the deivce
The green and red pixels could be your device gpu problem or the monitor problem I am not sure try contacting msi
