GT500 Supercharger On Cammed LS1 C5 Corvette | Part 3 | [ 4K ]

Third update on my progress of getting this gt500 blower to fit on to my C5 Corvette. I ran out of grind stones so next I will finish the top plate and tighten everything down. Then I will be able to put the the fuel rails and injectors in place as well as adding the new 340 fuel pump.

★ Engine - 1/2 head Bolts(not studs), LS7 lifter, hardened push rods 7.400, Dual Pac 660 springs, BTR Stage 4 cam, 3 bolt cam gear, ls2 timing chain, pinned crank, hand decked block, hand decked heads, hand ported intake and exhaust on heads, and reseated valves
★ Exhaust - Long tube headers, 3in. fully catless with x pipe, and no resonators,
★ Transmission - Stock 6 speed manual
★ Clutch - Unknown
★ Fueling - Stock on 93
★ Exterior - Stock
★ Interior - Stock
★ Wheels & Tires - Stock C6 Corvette Zo6 wheels wrapped in 245/35/18 in the front and 305/35/19 in the rear
★ Suspension - Stock suspension
★ Tune - Michigan Motorsports remote tune

All the GT500 supercharger is basically a whipple supercharger.

Pretty much, I got the blower for $500 and trying to keep the build under $2500 for everything and another $500 for a tune. I’ll make a build list video once I finish and get it running.

I just want this thing to whine 😂, got a Procharged car, and 2 turbo cars, after this one is finished I plan on putting an 871 blower on one of my Camaros but that will be a while
