Welcome to the studio! You can help support my show by purchasing some merch here. jonpeters.com/collections/merch When I built this frame last week, I had a blowout in the side of the frame due to a defect in the plywood. In this episode I’ll show you how to repair the defect, paint the frame and hang the painting on a French cleat. Thanks for watching and have a great day, Jon
I always enjoy your framing videos and have been using your tips for several years now...even gilding in some instances. Thanks for all the tips over the years. That shop painting looks fantastic, by the way.
Shops are a place we create. And while tools are needed I think seeing pretty items are as encouraging as seeing the tools. Shops dont have to just be utilitarian. There should be some style to it as well. So yea having art hanging up is a great thing I think.
I agree that it is pretty bold for your shop. I really like these paintings though, I bet it will inspire. Also, I love your coasters! I picked up a set for my wifes office. Cheers!
Great job sir I have used your French cleat system enjoy easy to take down and clean and add something new happy new year and enjoy the videos with green street also

Very much enjoying this “new” direction you’re exploring. Such a refreshing blend of the woodworking with the inner artist.
Great to hear, Thank You!
