It’s formulated to work as is. Adding excess water softeners and soap is a bad idea for several reasons. But this is YT, so the kind of thing is to be expected.

She’s not done one thing to deserve what they dish out to her every day. They’ve called CPS on her 11 times for bogus complaints and each time, CPS gives her a good report. They’ve called her 6 year olds school and her husbands place of employment for no reason. Each time, nothing at all was found amiss. Those are just a few things they’ve done. So yes, she’s a bad person and if that makes me one, I’ll take it in stride. And proudly, too, but I will not stop defending that family because they don’t deserve what those heartless women are dishing out.
