I doubled the batch I made last year, and unfortunately, it never set. Nothing goes to waste here, so we ended up using it as a marinade. It is absolutely delicious grilled on pork chops, venison steaks, and chicken!! ❤😊
Green pepper jelly with cream cheese is so great. Try peppers with cream cheese stuffed and wrap bacon. Air fry them. Yes take seeds and cut in haft. I love as much as wings. Every thing is good with bacon.

Canadian here. My friend used to make pepper jelly for Christmas. She had both red and green pepper jelly that she canned herself from bell peppers. She served it spread on top of cream cheese on a cracker. Delicious! It was more sweet than spicy.
My mom used to make pepper jelly and we loved it. With some cream cheese on a cracker is amazing. My childhood came flashing back watching this. Never knew it was a southern thing!?!? We are from Rhode Island!!🙏🏻❤️

Also after the cowboy candie is eaten ( some guys from my church) will take the juice and inject the brisket to bbq .
We put red hots in ours it makes the jelly red.
