Thats great to know! Thank you for that info. I went with a 6" lift, so im screwed either way. But I will definitely be using them for other services now that I know.
I will for sure! It’s back ordered… and I’m getting impatient…I’ll give it a couple more weeks while the cognito kit calls my name lol No eta yet from GM or the dealer
I did try that, yes! The response I got was it’s “book pricing” so the service reps must go by what the dealer set with GM. I would think the manager might be able to adjust it but I haven’t gone that route yet. I’m sure that is on a case by case basis but would definitely be worth trying!
I found this out back in may. I have used and abused this now about 7 times 🤣
That’s awesome to hear it works for everyone!!
Great tip dude!

A lift does not void your warrenty. Only the suspension parts. If the dealer told you this, they are lying sh!tbags.
Is Cognito an approved lift system by GM (3.5”)?
It’s not… I wish it was. If GM’s lift kit back order takes much longer that’s what I am going with
Let us know if the $300 install happens and how it works out. I am skeptical it works out for that price.

Have you tried asking the closer dealership if they would match that price? Just curious?
