- 1 tbsp ground flax seeds
- Dash of vanilla & cinnamon
- Approx 1.5-2 cups oat milk / water
Chicken - • I Just Found The Best ...
Satay Sauce for Pad Thai (can also be used as a salad dressing)
- 2 tbsp tamari sauce
- 2 tbsp almond butter
- 1 tbsp miso
- 1 tsp honey or maple syrup
- 1 garlic clove
- Juice of 1 lime
- Piece of ginger
Blend all together in high-speed blender until smooth

I’m sure you will already do this but I HIGHLY reccomend working out throughout your pregnancy! I exercised throughout both of my pregnancies and it made life so much easier postpartum to feel more normal and healthy and less like a blob for 9 months straight.

I’m very sick but I’m working out for the postpartum 😀
I hate that feeling after baby and still looks pregnant and feel so bad about yourself.
Yes I’ve been working out / moving my body daily and I feel great! I’ve always loved working out but also thinking a lot about delivery and postpartum and wanting my body to feel strong, flexible and healthy through it all ❤️ Will share more on this in an upcoming video! Thanks for your comment 😘
Pregnancy is not a disease so if all is good with baby and you then no contraindications to working out not to mention it puts the body at the optimum shape to deliver nutrients and oxygen to the growing baby. 3rd pregnancy and 3rd baby for me I am 35 weeks today and do weights and yoga for labor preparation. For sure the recovery is much faster and you will manage to be back in your shape more easily if you havent lost the routine. Enjoy it, it’s the most special time 😘
