Annie - I watched this vlog yesterday and it got me thinking about my workout routine. I’m working out at 6am at a gym and it’s been so draining. I was so relieved when you gave us the the “it’s okay to change your routine” talk. Tonight I walked for about 90 minutes listening to podcasts and loved it!!! I’m changing my routine. Thank you once again 💕
I'm also in the "no training" phase of life. I make myself run but sometimes I do just want to listen to my body and walk. I just never feel complete until I run.
You seem like a very sweet and kind person Annie! Also love your lifestyle but it actually wakes up a lot of dreams inside me as I can´t afford most of the things you do regularly like getting those expensive facials, getting manicures every two weeks or go on such vacations every few months... I think for most people this kind of lifestyle is too luxurious. Still love to watch :)

I live in Southern California! I go on my daily walks everyday 7am and I LOVE it so much! My body also craves walks….to be in nature, to smells the trees/plants and to breath in the fresh air 🙏🏼

I totally agree with you Annie, whilst I love my exercise, I've had an incredibly tough week with looking after my parents, one with dementia and following that I thought I don't have the energy right now to run around or thrash myself with major effort. So I'm taking it steady, nourishing myself with good, wholesome food, gentle walks in nature, surrounded by greenery and trees and bird song and when I'm ready I'll get back to the exercise. xxx
Always look forward to your videos. With the nails I’m with you. That’s why I do them myself because it give me anxiety to sit there for so long. and I can totally relate to the walking ... since the second lockdown my motivation for workouts is completely gone (before that I went to the gym 2-3 times per week), but I do a lot more hiking in the nature. I loooove it and it's also healing for me when I don't feel my best.

Hi Annie, I would like to see a tour of your kitchen and your kitchen organisational tips! Also, the oven mitt you bought in Italy is the perfect reminder of that cute restaurant you ate at with the lemon trees growing over the restaurant tables! In regards to workouts, at the moment I am focussing on strength training workouts 3-4 times a week and daily walks in nature during my lunch break from work. Love from England! :)
