Hi bro I replace my intercooler charge pipe and boost pipe and whenever I drive above 5k drivetrain malfunction pops up how can I check leaks on entire system ?
have someone rev the motor a bit and either put your hand around the fittings to feel air moving out or use a spray bottle with water and soap and spray it all down and look for bubbles!
Bro I have a question not related to the video title, I noticed you have the same injen intake as mine, did you really feel any performance difference after installing it ? My car picks up slower in comfort mode compared to the other OEM intake
@@05kittycat1 I’m not too sure about the cause, it could be many things but I suggest getting it replaced. Those hoses are pretty sturdy but with it bent like that, your system isn’t getting the correct airflow which could potentially cause issues

The clips don’t have to be removed to install just leave the clips in and you’ll see as you push into the turbo it intercooler they will slide up on their own and clip in to place. BMW designed it that way.
Good channel keep it up your the only one with the n26 like mine so helps to see the difference ...i know not a big difference but I still loving seeing my exact car

you can torque those clamps down pretty hard. They'll break before they put any holes in the silicone.

the boost pipe will definitely affect throttle response. The oem one is super weak and flimsy so it expands when you start getting into boost

I didnt notice that, if anything its faster now. Check you fittings to make sure everything is air tight. Might be a leak

No it’s not. The turbo inlet pipe goes connected to the intake. The Boost Pipe goes from the Turbo to the Intercooler.
