As a mom to two young kids, I can assure you that magic erasers are truly magical. Just make sure to get them wet first before you scrub! I've gotten crayon and marker off of walls and furniture that way. Fun fact: they're also great for cleaning soap scum and stainless steel surfaces!
They are amazing, as I've seen them take tough dirty off of car wheels. But yes you have to wet them for them to work. I've never seen anyone other than Jackie use it without wetting it first.
They are Amazing! I just got a box and used them to clean my front door that I thought was supposed to be an off white color but it was pure white!! It got all the dirt and grime and shoe scuff marks from people kicking my door and the kids kicking it and the stray cats peeing on it, it's like a new door!!
Oh yes, magic sponges are one of my best friends. On stainless steel I will sometimes combine the sponge with Mr. Muscle if the stain is being very hard to remove. I was shopping with my niece at target. She's 5 at the time, and she insisted we had to go look at crayons.. so she could smell them. 😂🥰love my kiddo to pieces.
There's a Crayola crayons candle strategy I've done that pretty much works. Sorry if it doesn't (this is out of my memory) but please try it. Step 1: Hot Glue a string into to mason jar of your choice. Make sure there's several inches of string out of the jar (you trim it later). Make sure you don't lose the string in the wax later. Step 2: Peel the paper off the crayons. Step 3: Shave the crayons in a cheese grader or mash with something like a hammer with the crayons in a plastic baggie. Make sure the peices are tiny. Step 4: Melt plain wax and put in in a glass measuring cup. Step 5: Before it dries mix the melted wax and crayon together in mason jar, use water color crayon(s) you want. You can also do it in layers where you make one layer then let it dry though you'll have to keep melting more wax for each layer because it will dry. Step 6: Let it dry fully. Step 7: Trim the excess string but don't trim too much or the whick won't last very long. Then you can light it. Don't take it out of the jar or it will break. You can also add resin charms, put beads and glitter in the wax, add food coloring to make the color brighter, and/or put perfume or other kinds of sents to make your candle smell good/better. I love you Jackie, I watch your videos every day!!! I hope some time you use my candle recipe to try to make crayon candles 🕯 in one of your videos. Spray the regular Crayola with a wax-containing furniture polish. The wax is dissolved by a solvent which obviously stays in the mixture in the can, keeping the wax dissolved. Good news is, it will also dissolve the wax crayon. Just spray, leave for a few seconds and wipe. But don’t use on porous surfaces. Hope you won’t lose your security deposit!
