Surprisingly pretty solid. At a glance they seem good stock which I'm a little cautiously optimistic about but if it's the case consistently then I'm all for it
wow the stock and lubed sound no different. I am hyped as i just picked up a set for the new 60% kit I got to join the 60% gang lol. Any recommendations on film thought?
The good news is you can find a switch with the sound and feel you like and then spring swap to get that perfect weight. Personally I love the TTC Gold Pink which comes with a 45g spring. Check my channel for a quick review!
I had a pretty terrible experience with the Ice Candy w/ UHMWPE stem, but have heard the Nylon stem performs better (less stem wobble). If you want RGB performance then nothing beats the Ice Candy.

I'm a fan of TX film but Deskeys is another popular option. For me TX is much easier to work with.
@@AndrewNguyen thank you!

Love your content! Could you recommend a smooth/light linear switch for competitive gaming?? I am new to custom keyboards.

@@AndrewNguyen that makes a lot of sense. Definitely will do!
Very helpful so thank you.
will you still be making a tecsee diamond review?
Life has been really busy for me lately, but I'll definitely try to set aside the time for a quick review.
how do the tecsee carrots compare with the tecsee ice candies and tecsee rubies?
They're quite different as they have an obvious pole bottom out experience and are the one switch of the 3 that I would use stock.
ive been told i can use these for my hotswap north facing pcb iqunix wormhole and ill be able to use cherry keycaps..true?
IIRC I tested these and there are no interference issues when north facing
@@AndrewNguyen thank you Andrew!
would u prefer this over the banana split switch?
Unfortunately I don't have experience with banana splits so I can't comment.
@@AndrewNguyen what about the tangerine switches or carrot?
I'd go carrot. I'm not a fan of the cheap plastic sound of the tangerine
@@AndrewNguyen thnx
Are they linear??
Yes
does it look ok with rgb? deciding between these and ice candys btw

These switches are a bit rattly stock , and I think lube helps a lot, but where you rank this interms of tecsee switches?
I rank these pretty high of the ones I've tested with Ice Candy w/ UHMWPE being a far away, last place
What other tecsee switches are on the same level?
I like the Ruby V2 and Diamond
This isn't Andy Nguyen
You're very right about that
