I would suspect it is as I've been to Canmore twice. First off look at the jackets people are wearing, it's some pretty heavy duty stuff - I visited in May and September and people didn't need that kind of gear on most days (I did catch snow in town both times so it's possible). But the main thing is the amount of snow on the mountains, that's a good layer and even after it snowed a decent amount in my May trip it wasn't that well covered based off the pics I just reviewed from my trip. Of course there are differences from year to year. I just don't see why it would be off.
@@Komainu959 Guys Ive lived in alberta my whole life and canmoe for five years. You can tell its april because the ground is dry but the mountains are covered in snow. May is like summer and April is still cold as winter. EVERY YEAR
@@nothankyou88 Thanks! Just finished up my third trip to the area and second year in a row. Just love it there. As an FYI to people who haven't visited, you need layers. 2022 saw snow dumped on me twice from my visit May 05-21. 2023 May 08-22 no snow, even Mount Rundle was almost devoid of snow by mid May. Also- it gets pretty chilly early in the morning and during the evening. But- I'm from Hawaii so that may be relative to you lol.
