If you don’t flicker your high beams, weave or do any movement to catch drivers’ attention then you become part of the scenery for them and not a moving vehicle. It’s neither distraction nor intentional. It’s only the result of thousands of years of evolution making our brains to pay attention only to moving objects (prey/predator) and not to trees. This should be tough to all riders.
He should have just let the van change lanes in the first clip. It's the respectful thing to do instead of blocking the vans exit. Why would he put himself where the van is indicating. Guy is an actual idiot for confronting her about it.

He walked around the car, not into the freeway, he thought he was safe because he walked onto the curve. He was on the shoulder of the freeway, and another driver lost control of the wheel and struck him, killing him instantly. That's why, ESPECIALLY on a motorcycle you should never pull over on the side of a highway. The chances of injury or even death skyrocket because the unexpected can happen at anytime. If you are facing an issue, whether your on a motorcycle or car, try to find the nearest parking lot or any safe place that is away from any busy road, then you can address the issue. I love giving plenty of room for bikers to pass just for that little ✌️ as they pass. Same with big rigs, help them out when you can and they will usually give you a lil light show their flashers! It Awesome!
