I wouldn't recommend it. if they are identical copies. You won't get width, just loudness. The reason this particular trick works, is because of Tone, Pitch & Timbre. Meaning there needs to be differences between the 3 tracks to be able hear the Stereo effect occurring. The Waves Doubler Detunes the 2 side copies by a few cents each. 1 tuned up a few, the other tuned down. The Timbre is also affected by the EQ you see on it, Making the 2 side copies non identical, therefore giving you your vocal widening effect. Hope this clears it up for you. 🎛 👍
