Hello everyone, I am very grateful for the supportive words . I have problems with my mental health, and it has disrupted my daily life, and disturbed me physically. I hope I can soon get rid of this and I will always come to listen to music (music like this is recommended for therapy and it helps me sleep since I have problems sleeping until I forget how to sleep)
I also want to say this to those of you who are sick or are in your lowest period of your life. Nobody is born perfect, everything has a process including healing

Listening to this while my parents argue…
My parents did that too sometimes when I was growing up. It sucked and made me feel really uncomfortable.
Years went by and I grew up and saw them for what they are.....scared, lost and confused like the rest of us.
Your parents are you, just in older skin. They were young once and made lots of mistakes and are still trying to find their way.
Just because you're older doesn't mean you have it figured out. We all have to figure it out for ourselves. That's what they're doing when they argue.
Try to see it as two younger people sorting their lives out and it will become less difficult for you. They're only human and struggle, just like you and me. You're going to be ok, I promise 😊
This is very relaxing, it calms and soothes the mind. It's amazing how a piece of music clears your thoughts and makes everything somehow seem simple and straightforward all of a sudden.

Been going through a lot of things and it’s been a hard few years. I’m starting to make progress but I have to remember even in my down times I am still making progress and there are better moments ahead and I need to celebrate how far I’ve come. Sometimes life is hard and there are people and moments I’ll never get back. But those memories will always be there even if the people aren’t.
