Thanks. I’m a struggling vet with ptsd. I lost my precious a year and a half ago to Covid at the age of 36. Starting to seem like a lifetime ago I’ve been so miserable. She was perfect, a child psychiatrist, what I needed lol. She was the only woman that ever got me. I still don’t know how she did it but no matter the frustration or anger I felt she always had a way with me that was literally like flipping a switch from on to off. Rip my queen.

@@surreal_sounds I’m finally getting back in line with the father. It’s taken me many nights of praying, more like cussing God while bawling. I’m starting to walk that walk again and thank you. I’ve finally realized this life is not meant for coasting and living comfortably. Bad happens to everyone and it’s how we deal with the bad and come out smiling behind the tears and finding a reason to thank God. I thank God for allowing me to love that woman like no other man besides her father has loved her. She was also a psychiatrist so she had her struggles in believing in God but in the end she was a believer.
