I don't eat sugar! No flour! No fat! Apple dessert for weight loss. You have to try this! You will definitely love the taste. ✌🏻🥰
Cooking recipe and ingredients:
180 gr. (6 ounces) rolled oats.
Grind in a blender.
Add 10 gr. (0.4 ounces) baking soda.
Mix.
2 medium apples.
3 eggs.
2 tablespoons maple syrup.
1 teaspoon vanilla extract.
Grind in a blender.
Mix.
Zest of 1 lemon.
Juice of half a lemon.
Mix.
60 gr. (2 ounces) dried cranberries.
Top up with cold water for 15 minutes.
4 medium apples.
Remove the middle.
Add lemon juice.
50 gr. (1.8 ounces) walnuts.
2 tablespoons maple syrup.
Some cinnamon.
Mix.
Prepare an 18cm x 18cm baking dish.
Place the apples in the mold.
Fill the apples with filling.
Add cranberries to the batter.
Mix.
Pour the batter into the pan.
Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (360°F) for 55 minutes.
