i'm surprised how little you're using her 1 in fights, is she better played as a shooting hero? sticking close to them with grapple and using 3 to deal damage?
It highly depends on what you build. The top Yamato build is a weapon damage one, the second best build is a spirit one. When playing weapon items you'll shoot more than you use the 1 ability.
Play it as you wish but in my opinion spirit build is the fun one of the two. Why play shooty shooty just like every other characters when you have scary katana slash to delete people.
Nope watch Fred The Finchs videos he's top 1 yamato, spirit is much better than gun yamato trust me her 1 can basicaly 1 tap people, does however require more skill since there is alot of tech you have to learn
