I’m glad you’re doing better now. I am very sorry about little Marlowe, I cried along with you as you shared the details. Losing a furbaby is so difficult, I understand.
Thank you ❤️ it’s comforting to hear from others that they understand. Losing a fur baby is its own unique kind of pain and loss. It was my first time having to make this kind of decision and now I understand it in a way I couldn’t before.
I'm so sorry to hear about Marlow 😞 Your fainting experience sounds scary but in a way it's kind of fitting you're talking about it while doing a vintage hairstyle video 😅 like a modern version of those women that fainted in the early 1900's haha
That’s so scary what happened to you!! Oh my goodness that would be so terrifying!! so happy you are okay. Also may your sweet Marlowe Rest in peace. I love orange tabby cats.
When you first started talking about your migraine symptoms, I thought you were describing the type of aura I get with my migraines -- they start with blurred vision, then difficulty with speech or "word salad", then numbness/tingling in my hand or arm. I didn't think a scarier type of migraine existed because every time I have one, a small part of me wonders if it's a stroke this time, but what you went through is absolutely terrifying. I'm so sorry that you've been through all of that in just a few short months. I've been following you and your health journey since back in 2016 and you are absolutely right in recognizing and praising your strength. I truly admire you for maintaining an optimistic outlook through all of that! Sending you love ❤
It’s so nice to see you back ☺️💖 I am so truly sorry for you loss of Marlow 💖 I have lost so many of my fur babies through euthanasia and it never gets any easier. But please remember, that it was the ultimate kindness you did for him 💖 and he went with tremendous love and care 💖 I am so sorry for you not being well either 😞 You have really been through the wringer and I hope and pray you don’t have to go through again 💖 But you’re damn right! You have been incredibly strong and come back on top again ☺️👏🏻👏🏻and looking so fabulous as always. 😍 You rock, Lillian!
If you're on antidepressants or any other mental health type meds they can cause some really awful discontinuation symptoms. I literally had a moment where I didn't even know where I was. My brain just shut down. This was coming off prozac. Now I just decided I have to be on meds forever. I'm glad you're ok!! That sounds scary!
I stopped taking my antidepressants for a few days one time and the dizziness I experienced was next level so definitely I think it's safer if you want to stop taking it to gradually lower your dose and do it around a time that you aren't planning on doing any physical tasks like driving. But I'm continuing to take my meds to prevent the dark thoughts that I get lol
Also the reason you fainted in a cause you lost a lot of blood… iron!! So you now in future should take extra iron during your period time it helps with migraine too
Yes exactly!! Idk if i mentioned it but I’m anemic because of heavy periods, so when I’m loosing a lot of blood on my period, my body feels even worse. It all makes sense and is connected. I took a bit extra of my iron supplement during that period but I guess it just wasn’t enough.
We euthanized our baby kitty 4 years ago and I still miss her but it does get better with time and less heartbreaking. As for migraines, which I've been getting for at least 5 years as far as I can remember, if you don't already take it I HIGHLY recommend amitriptyline which is preventative that you take at night because it causes a little drowsiness and also Cambia for instant pain relief. I was also prescribed hydromorphone last year because it got so bad from stress for me that even Cambia wasn't working when it usually does but I try not to take it unless the pain is at that unbearable level. So just saying that there are medications that can help in case you haven't already tried them

So happy that you are doing better.
Thank you so much ❤️
Glad you are better sorry this happened to you. For me I used to get monthly migraines too and I realized sugar was a big cause for it plus hormones.
Ugh yes hormones.. my migraines are hormonally triggered, always right around my cycle. And thank you, I’m so glad to be feeling better!
Hey Lilian Hope you're doing better❤ i'd love for you to have a podcast ! I could listen to You for hours
