Barbara Corcoran's BEST Shark Tank Investments | Shark Tank How It Started Развлечения
I’m crying because Barbara invested in these cakes and delivered her pitch matching the entrepreneurs energy 😢 🥰
😂
Barbara focused on Quality instead of Quantity, Thats always the wisest move in investing.
I mean she's third with the most closed deals on Shark Tank.
The initial seasons had such timid enterpreneurs. Shows how much Shark Tank has helped educate business owners.
Nowadays it's like $500,000 for 2% of my business that made $100,000 last year but the market is like a bajillion dollars yo! That could be us!
Yeah I don’t like how in the newer seasons the evaluations are ridiculous and the companies already have a foothold in their market making millions.
Right! Do you prefer the timid entrepreneurs or the new ones who ask for large sums upfront?
Nope, made them sound stupid.
In honor of this video I’d like to say “I’m out”
Her best investment is the comfy one. 50k for 30%, comfy has sold 400+ million and net worth 150m now
I am so happy for these entrepreneurs.
😂😂😂😂0:45 Daymond was out within the first 30 seconds of the pitch
Love Barbara, my favorite shark!
Business to small but thanks Barbara you were a savior,
Barbara is a winner!!!
Don’t kid yourself.. she’s out.
My favorite pitch. Glad this was uploaded ❤
Kevin: just ate a half pound of her cake no crumbs left
Also Kevin: just because I ate it all doesn’t mean it’s a good investment Barbara 😂😂😂
Barbara Corcoran Wow!God bless you!
When u expect Barbara to go out, sho goes in
I wanna try Daisy Cakes so bad, and I usually don't like cake as they tend to be too dry.
I didn’t know Barbara was a shark
Barbara doesnt have any stake in Pipcorn and Daisy Cakes?
I’m out but let me eat some more of this daisy cake Ms.Daisy
I've tried piccorn and it was good but I still wouldn't buy it and for those reasons I'm out.
What other treats have you tried from Shark Tank?
@@CNBCAmbitionthe edible cookie dough
Barbaras old company that she sold reached out to me and wanted me partner with them... the guy that reached out to me had left barbras old company (Corcoran) and started his own new company and he reached out to me again lol i joined him in his company and now im helping build the company up
barbara you got a deal
barbara : and for that reason, i’m out.
8.2 million in 9 years isn't very good. That's less than 1 million a year, and you would think after 9 years they would be doing over a million in sales annually!
Do you think this was a smart investment?
@@CNBCAmbition I think it was a good investment for Barbara. For a $50K investment, she's been making around $90k per year for the last 8-9 years. That's $800K or a 1600% return on her initial investment. With her 10% stake, she'll earn even more money in a lump sum when the owner decides to sell/exit.
@@CNBCAmbition I don't think it was a dumb investment, as she's obviously profited, but I'm not sure she would've invested if she knew they'd still be doing less than a million I sales annually nine years later!
thats the gamble
@@ZevMeth_originaljewishmusic
For a cake business that does everything from scratch without the help of machines, I'd say sales close to a million a year is pretty darn good
What? Did they edit that wrong? She's giving Daisy Cakes an interest-free loan and not taking any share in the business?
Interesting.
Im a bit confused about this. She could have proposed 40% and have it😂
You understand it wrong
Barbara took the deal (The first initial offer which is $50k for 25% of the business)
added 2 conditions on top of it
It was extremely smart deal
Condition 1: Remove any risk to herself
Condition 2: Stay small and lean business while slowly expanding
Barbara has investments?
I’d just buy the company
Barbara makes investments?
She is the most successful on deal at shark after Lori.
The lobster food trucks are Barbara's investment.
I'm Barbara. And for that reason, I'm out.
Nice CGI barbara. We all know she doesn’t invest
Hey @TechSportsBetting - yeahhh ... we all know, too, your sports betting rarely pans (or pips) out !!
I heard that by the time you receive the cake it's stale and dry.
