Madrid 2005, after beating Ljubicic in 5 sets, Nadal injures his foot, knowing for the first time his Müller-Weiss disease. Traveling with his father to visit many doctors, he finally comes up with a solution, a very aggressive foot insole. He comes at Roland Garros 2006 as the favourite, after continiung his clay match winning streaks, but it will be the major challenge for him. Like & Subscribe for more Tennis content! I didn't know this as well... You the guy from wivorn channel or not. both great tennis channels mostly about my all time favorite player Rafael Nadal of course.
Anyone else would have given up...not this kid...:-( ...Seeing Rafa hugging and thanking his father is a very moving experience... may be we should all make sure we thank our parents for the lot they go through for us... b4 it is too late... if not in action at least with words... of gratitude... Gods bless Rafa...
i hate it when people call his scaphoid issue an injury or something that he brought upon himself through his playing style when it is in fact a congenital issue he was born with. he wasn’t supposed to play for so many years, let alone with _such_ success that he is now an all time great sportsperson- it just speaks volumes of his doggedness and will, more than any tennis stat will.
I cannot handle this! Why do you post these Nadal videos and make me watch them! I started to tear up when he hugged his father after his win. You could see how much love and support all of his family have to offer. I know this was a really tough loss for Federer. As it turns out, this was his real best chance at beating Rafa at Roland Garros. Rafa always amazes me with his humility, respect and honor. He has withdrawn for the rest of tennis season 2021 with the same foot issue. I hope he seeks out the best medical care and heals for a better version of himself. Come back to us, Rafa. Nadal Is My Champion!
So happy to have wond the second RG. Who would think of all what wourl come!!! A real warrior, a modern gladiator. The so called next gen should watch this video!!!!!
Despite all injuries rafa has won 22 grand slam titles is something unbelievable..this is very reason he is greatest of all time..if would have stayed fit for most of his career he could have won atleast 28 grand slam titles...he is best and is king of tennis....now he is also not feeling 100 percent going into wimbledon 2022 still he will end of winning it...mark my words...

all righthanders who played Rafa seem to have the same technique...except RogerFederer...his style to the untrained eye is far more refined than the way djokovich ...soderling...monfils...play... the above 3 same frog like racquet management against Rafa... not at all pleasing to the eye...
Many people don't know what these Tennis God's go through. They only see all the smiles and celebrations. They aren't there to see them at their lows and when their hanging onto dear life. Rafa was the first Gladiator of tennis I saw.
Is this the same match that Djokovic mentioned in the press conference that he had the match under control and that had he no retired he could have won it?
Was it the same match where he wrote on his shoes Vamos😃. He also wore Le Bleus t shirt at Press conference before match and said he hoped the french public would support him😄. French public dont play, they boo everybody😄.

Crazy to think his foot is still bothering him today, as we saw in RG and yet he now has 20 slams ! Incredible champion
& now #21
Another final in a couple of hours too. Man's a living legend.
Now 22!!
It's crazy, inspiring all of us who are living with some injuries
This is legendary stuff, a lot of people have no idea about that story!
Thanks for showcasing it in the most brilliant way, my friend

He's the ultimate warrior.
King Of Tennis
Im a Fed fan, if Fed is no longer the King, the ONLY person that should take that title is Rafael Nadal Parrera
Nothing like prime Nadal.
Prime is not yet over
Rafa at prime.. forever
Rafa's physical prime was over in 2012 and he improved the accuracy of his shots to compensate that loss

"And that solution worked", yeah I'll say buddy
Vamos Rafa!! Absolute Beast💪🏻💪🏻 Roland Garros 2022 - 14th RG 🏆
2022 😉
Rafael Nadal is extremely hard working and mentally the strongest sportsperson I have ever seen

Omg whato emotional story of the victory!!Really the GOAT he deserves that😭👍.VAMOS RAFA😊💐👍.

He truly did for his 2022 season
Yes that solution worked for him all right. He went on to win his 13th RG trophy 15 years later. 🔥Vamos!

Beautiful Video. Hope you can continue with this RG series, brilliant.
2021 still here Rafa🤠😎🤠
“Stay humble” that’s what his father said,& he is humble even after 21 slams

Wow that's a pretty stacked list of opponents to beat in one tournament. 3 former/current #1's and 2 former #3 players.
amazing
Hey man youre doing nice job. Keep up the work
Vamos Nadal !!
Felicitaciones éxito 🙋

his second RG, and now that he has had 14 of them...
Great Fafa Nadal 💪
18 Grand Slams ago ;)
NADAL 😍 CAREER HAS BEEN STARTED JUST NOW. THAT SHOWS. IN HIS AGGRESSION
Between ‘05 and ‘09 the toughest match Nadal probably had at the RG was against Mathieu.
Vamos.
Vamos.seguir así.Vamos
Those were the days Novak always retire when he knows that he is losing ... And I guess that's how he get the title cheater .. 🤣🤣🤣
And nadal was taking 35 seconds to serve and roger was bratty when he was in early 20`s

He played soderling on the first round, nicee
Gracias, no sabía nada acerca de esto.
Just crazy that Nadal and DJokovic have been battling out out at the French Open since 2006 almost every year. Insane
