Make the most of it as quickly as possible. I have a Henglong tiger that's about 6 years old and the plastic is quickly degrading and becoming very brittle. Bits of plastic keep falling off and ive had a couple of cracks appear in the bathtub chassis which ive repaired with fibreglass and epoxy. Its been sat in a cupboard for the last 3 years so its not 'use' related. Most of the plastic gears have split where they are press-fitted onto the steel spline shafts in the gearboxes. Reminds me of the brittle plastic tat toys we'd get as kids in the 70's that were made in Taiwan. I was given this Tiger when it was about 1 year old because many of the roadwheel suspension plastic mounts had split (which i repaired). Might be better spending the money on a second hand tamiya tiger on ebay .Now they 'will ' last a lifetime
I assume the folks at Henglong don’t worry about the “long lasting” part when they make their tanks. It does make sense though, to use cheaper Material to save money. I am not sure as to if I will ever get a Tamiya Tiger. I was considering to pickup an all metal Mato Sherman tank. The oldest tank I have from Henglong is about 3yrs old. No issues yet. I’ll be sure to check the durability of the plastic chassis and overall condition soon. It sits on a shelf at the moment, hasn’t been used for about a year.
You got a used (probably abused, saying suspension mounts were broken) 1 year old tank & complaining about reliability? Most likely got sun damaged sitting on shelf. New one is like $200 with few upgrades in it.. you can have the whole ww2 tank line up for a price of 1 Tamiya garb.
@@NeverDieKnight its possible but the tank otherwise was mint, including the tracks which would be the first thing to show wear.youd expect sun damage to affect one side only and wouldnt affect internal components.the guy who gave it to me was a military historian and i just cant see him ragging it, besides which it was living in its box when he handed it over
I only have one question, why is there no tiger sound? Only these two sound modules! . Please unscrew the drive wheel including the chain, I would like to know whether the metal axle on the outside of the plastic lateral transmission is ball-bearing at all because of the metal upgrades! otherwise please retrofit with ball bearings, the plastic tub breaks very quickly (my experience with it) great unboxing! thank you Do you also want to rebuild the Tiger 1, as you know, it has some error details just for information!.
We are tired of seeing unboxing videos we want to see smoke Generators maintenance and usage videos. Is it out of oil? does it have too much oil? How can we tell the difference? etc. etc. etc. we know how to take it out of the box. Lol 😂
I can see what you mean, I’ve already weathered/painted the tracks to look muddy or dirty more realistic. Still though I’d say having metal tracks are a nice touch. The less plastic the better.
😎👍Very truly totally very cool and a very great looking Tiger 1 indeed Sir!👌.
When running outside it helps make them look realistic
Excellent tank. Every time I see one I would like to have it (yes, at the 1/6 scale which is the one I use). At your command.
Ahhh yes, *Tiger Turbine engine*

I love my German Tiger1 Tank
WOW Awesome i got the 6.01s great tank great video bud, should be 4 different sounds try holding down the 2 bottom numbers together to change sounds
Ya i did that but it turned off the tank. I guess the 7.0s version is a bit different then the recent versions
7.0 only has 2
How can I get a sound of the comander talking
Lovely tank! Can this shoot on the go tho? Or do we have to stop moving the tank in order to shoot the bb.
Thats a good question! I believe you kind of do have to pause and shoot. Cant really fire on the go
Spettacolare... bel video... ciao dall'Italia

Who’s we
Its like a vape
What do u think of the
7.0 board?
You might want to upgrade your charging port to the Frouit hatch
No smoke?
Video was fine, but you forgot to demo the smoke function.
Oops
Just got myself HL TIGER 1
do I need to put some smoke oil in
For my first run?
Only if you use the smoke
My Sherman had oil right outta the box
I just purchased 1, I hope it's actually good
It’s a great RC Tank if you take care of it!
How many drops of pil do ypu put in for smoke
Few drops should be okay
Awesome, great tank 😃💪👍
I got a lot of the same stuff with my Tank
Amazing
Im using Rechargeable Batteries 🔋 for the Remote
Where is rhe sound coming from? Tank or remote?
The tank
The tank has a built in speaker
I have one but I can’t get it to fire
Could be an internal electronic issue. Pretty hard to find the exact problem if so.
@@legendaryexplorer8119 ok thanks
No recoil and the soundboard still socks big time.
There is an option for recoil if you so choose, soundboard is good, could be worse Lol.
My Tracks atr the black metal Tracks
They make a bigger 1 than this as well
Turbo buggy sound... my opinion 6.0s or 1 it's better...
That looks like shit with the metal tracks

A machete just to open a amazon box?
