I would say this is where social media and Facebook groups are helpful. You can see which type of parties are being shared and getting the most likes or trending.b

You can start by looking at other planners who are also offering the same service and see what their prices or ranges are. That might give you an idea. You can also try Facebook groups or other places with you ideal clients and drop questions to see if they will provide any feedback. You can join Facebook groups with other planners and ask for feedback on pricing and more.
I don't offer event planning training. But there are many courses online that do. I would start with a google search to see whats available online or locally.
