Omg!! I know this video is old but I’ve been looking everywhere to understand what a stride is. This is a perfect explanation. I’m trying to run a faster mile. Thank you

Here's what I understood in Summary
    4 type of stride
    1. Easy Stride
    2. Fresh Stride (Step over the bar)
    3. Good Swing (Similar to bounding but smaller length)
    4. Good Speed (Fast Turnover)

Khadevis Robinson is sharing timeless wisdom started by Hungarian coach Mihaly Igloi and passed on to his many sub-4 milers. It's possible that Igloi would have become the best ever coach except for the Hungarian civil war. Bob Schul then won the Gold Medal in the 5000 meters in the 1964 Olympics. Many others have used this method since then: Joe Douglas, Johnny Gray, and Paul Geis are famous athletes and coaches who have also used this method.
