I don’t have too in depth a knowledge of burlesque dancing. Thus, I don’t know if they point their toes like other dancers do. But if not, I would. Just for better visual effect. Also I had an idea. Who knows maybe someone would like this variation to this routine. Much hotter than doing any of the movement on your knees and hands or elbows, it would be killer on straight legs. Legs open movement grinding could be simulated by bending one knee slightly while turning same foot inwards, before straightening back into the butt up legs together pose. Face to the ground. Then doing the butt moves to the left, then to The right before getting back up. The sit up could also be replicated by lowering to the ground and using arms to push back to sit on your calves. (The straight leg stance requires one to be Balancing on tops and tips of their feet/toes and furthest shoulder from your intended audience. Or both elbows and arms. Like a sexy downwards dog pose with more curves. Head facing audience. Arms both bent either one in front and the other with elbow glued to your side and posted to help balance or in a non distracting position. ) But that would probably not be a classic burlesque movement but rather closer to a groundwork move for pole or hip hop pole sort of movement. Requires some core strength and practice. ). Otherwise I liked this. Helpful ideas and a great ability for simple concise tips and explanation of movement process. So thank you genuinely love. Keep up your great work !! Xoxo, AJ
