    I love this teaching, I walk at least 3 times to 4 times a week 5 to 6 miles a day, when I stop and doing again I feel the difference in my speed and resistance. Now if I’am not walking I go to the gym. It makes me feel really good for the rest of the day. I’am go out with my friends at night. I have a lot of friends younger than me. I don’t feel old, I don’t think about my nombres..I love life.
