Reminds me of when Leah Rimini got the LAPD finally interested in the disappearance of Shelley Miscavage. They did find her, but she didn't come forward until pressure was applied. Sadly, I don't think the victim is alive.

That Facebook post was right after she disappeared. Debbie Davis mentioned it at the first hearing. Whoever has her phone could easily have posted it. Presumably the cops know where her phone is by now so an update should be coming soon.

I agree bc she didn’t just not show up. Her car is in her garage, nobody has heard from her, and her kids were going to school from her offenders address. If she doesn’t wanna have anything more to do w his court hearings, cool, but is she letting him have the kids? Why didn’t he say that in the hearing?
@@NC4E in the first video, Mike said that law enforcement had contact with her several times in the last month, since she was reported missing but then in the last 7 days no one heard from here. But I do agree, law enforcement themselves need to put eyes on her before just moving on from the case

There’s a post from a family member (or friend) of hers from 23 hrs ago that says she’s missing and nobody has heard from her. I’m a lot less inclined to believe a single FB post from “her” saying she’s okay..sadly :(

Just makes me so sad for her and her kids 😥 I'm a survivor , thankful I didn't have kids to worry about at that time. It's scary, and I'm just worried for her

If we're trying to convince people justice is blind, the trespass cases were a bad example. Apparently, even if she is blind, she holds grudges.

A facebook post proves nothing. Until she is face to face with investigators nothing is resolved.
Her mother is posting on Facebook that she’s sitting right next to her and she’s not missing.
I don’t buy it. Who makes a point to say “I’m not missing” yet no contact with children. I’m skeptical. This is nada proof

That Facebook post doesn't make me feel ANY better! It infact makes me MORE uneasy! Maybe I just watch too much true crime stuff, but I have seen that same scenario many times where a missing person suddenly conveniently pops in on FB to say, "I'm fine every one! No big deal, every one can stop searching, I'm alllll good. I also no longer speak on telephones and I have no desire to ever see anyone in person again."

It was pretty obvious she was just avoiding courts and police before the post... the prosecutor was twisting his arm to allow court to find her because court wants to serve her a subpoena, it's disgusting that they did it like they did, all while knowing how popular the video would be on RUclips and knowing what they were suggesting without any evidence

I went to the Facebook profile you showed a screenshot from and the post isn't there anymore. I won't believe she's safe until she is seen face-to-face. That guy's body language was WAY off during the hearing.

In my opinion, I'm going to be VERY SKEPTICAL about her post based on the circumstances surrounding the case or until she's physically seen or heard from. Especially, since there's been too many cases where the perpetrator(s) posed as the possible victim with the hopes of those looking for her would believe it's actually them.
Lol give me a break... so who in addition to the husband are in on the murder? Cause he's been in jail so someone else would have had to post it... it's obvious she's just not keen on court and law enforcement. Clearly wasn't harmed at the time and even more obvious now.
Maybe you should be more skeptical of police and courts and give defendants the benefit of innocent until proven guilty, because EVERYONE lies.

Your making a lot of dangerous assumptions where as the OP is the logical one in stating she needs to be seen in person as there have been NUMEROUS cases of a victims phone being used to send false information making it seem like the person is just not wanting to be contacted or that they are fine!
Way to many people have had your same attitude and it’s been proven it’s better to be safe and ensure the person is alive than to believe a txt message!

That was my first thought, too. If they have a teen child, I can see him/her being so scared of Dad going to prison they'd make a post like this. Hopefully, the police will follow up and have a legit conversation with Mom before they dismiss any kind of foul play.

I have 4 1/2 years clean. , but I was hard into drugs for many years. You are not yourself. And homelessness on top of it makes it even worse. Been there. I was insane. If you looked at me wrong I'd foam at the mouth. I feel like Mr. Hartford is there right now and I feel for him. I'm grateful I gave up, admitted defeat and got help. And it's hard, especially when you don't have money or family to help, but it sounds like he has family, he has a mom, and I did it with zero funds or fam. So it's possible! But man. I'm grateful!
I missed that video. I saw it the title but didn't have time to watch it. I assumed? "Where's the victim" it was a SOVCIT/ 1A FRAUDIT video. That is 1 of their favorite phrases. Knowing this now, I'm 2 mins in, I'm going to watch that 1st.

If I hadn't seen the bond hearing when it happened I probably would have thought the same thing and not watched it right away. I have to be in the right mood to watch that nonsense, especially since I have a family member who has been sucked into a similar delusion.

Someone posted on her Facebook engaged post tonight that she's still missing, begging for her to contact someone to let them know she's ok.
I hope the post is really her. That would be wonderful. But like everyone else here I'll believe it when she I'd seen in person. I'd rather have her needing to explain herself than the other option.

I forgot my address once. Funny story, I was super drunk and didn't realize my Uber dropped me off on the wrong street. A local cop found me, wrote me for public intoxication & took me home. It was dropped by the magistrate who got a kick out of the story lol!
I didn’t even notice the umms with her. But I had said that about the old guy in the one before her. Maybe cause she spoke a lot faster than him. He kept saying umm and was taking a long time to get the sentences out.

I think if it really was her post she, like any good mother who hasn't had any contact with her kids in over a week, would have mentioned them and reassured them, told them she loved them, ect., but I don't think she posted it.

We need to bring back work farms… but good ones where low level offenders get sentenced to learn job skills, get a GED, counseling, learn life skills, graduate to work release and a structured group living situation, then, when ready, released on their own.
I’m sure some areas have them… in Central Florida there’s a non-profit version that’s voluntary and helps homeless men, but it isn’t able to accommodate more than a dozen at a time.
Job wise these work farms could look similar to an industrial warehouse area and small business people could be offered free space if they trained and employed residents. So it could help small business owners and trades people as well by helping them grow their business.
Tbh, I have just moved here in this apartment for 2ish months and still haven't bothered remembering my address lol
I find your attitude toward those with mental health issues calloused and cruel. The mentally ill are prone to break the law because there is no one to help them, to treat them, to provide for them. If they are obviously ill, they should not be jailed for non-violent offenses and should be provided proper healthcare, not made fun of.

Why are all these people being arrested for Trespass? Is it low I.Q.? How can you not understand that you're not supposed to go back to a place that has Trespassed you? Or are they just refusing to leave when told to do so? Either way it's insane.

@@mrspokitstheriot477 Unfortunately, many abused women do leave the kids with the abuser as some know that the abuser will not hurt the kids. The anger has been directed towards her/him. Also, many abusers only go after adults, not kids in DV situations. According to recent stats, that is changing somewhat, so time will tell if they are transferring the anger towards the kids.
From concern to anger - why did she abandon the kids???
