Someone sent me the link to this! Love it!! I'm the Attorney on the other side. You missed the beginning which was the biggest part of this case. Honestly, that was the most hilarious part. To clarify, we were only there on the Husband's request for a protective order. He was given a chance to acknowledge service on the Wife's to have both heard today. He declined and I can respect that. You missed the Husband's testimony in the beginning. Again that was the craziest part of the hearing. I'm subscribing. I loved reading your audience's comments.

My daughter’s dad and I continued to live together after we broke up. Yeah, not the best move. I ended up in the hospital, he ended up in a mental hospital and then jail. Once he was released from jail he was forced to live with someone else, not allowed any contact with me or our daughter, until I filed for him to be allowed supervised visits with her with my mom as the supervisor since he wasn’t allowed contact with me until he pled guilty. Then he didn’t need visits supervised once he was allowed contact with me again. So, ONCE YOU BREAK UP WITH SOMEONE, NEVER EVER CONTINUE TO LIVE TOGETHER!!!! That’s my PSA for the rest of my life!

Video evidence should not be allowed to be presented by filming with another camera. The video should be uploaded correctly like any other evidence or shared via screen share.

I think this is a classic case of mutual abuse. Question is, who was the main culprit? Or was there even a primary culprit?

    An attorney said axin'?! Really?
Legal question: When the wife was testifying about his messages, she kept reading what he said but then told the court what he meant by that? She can't say that, can she? If the witness is there, shouldn't they be forced to ask HIM what he meant and not let her say what she thought he meant?

Divorce is awful for everyone. The neighbors have the blow by blow. My children survived. When I was at work he cleaned out everything. My latch key kids called me at work. Hey mama where is the milk, cookies and fruit by the foot, cereal and the TV.
