To clarify, we were only there on the Husband's request for a protective order. He was given a chance to acknowledge service on the Wife's to have both heard today. He declined and I can respect that. You missed the Husband's testimony in the beginning. Again that was the craziest part of the hearing. I'm subscribing. I loved reading your audience's comments.
Wow, how did you prevent yourself from asking that witness, Mr Taylor, to stop being so argumentative and just answer your questions? I'll never understand why people who testify in an emotional and defensive way don't realize that it hurts their credibility.
I happened to come upon one of your videos by chance, never watching any other court videos. I am now addicted to your videos and your comments. I have now been married 24 years to my best friend. Our love for rescuing animals brought us together, and my marriage has been the best move i made. Love your dogs. Thanks for the entertainment
the fact that Judge Manning had to ask him over and over, the same question because he wasn't answering tells me that he is full of it. I think she's telling some porkies too... but this sounds to me like a marriage to obtain property as he claimed she and her family had many properties.
Well -- I think this is called 'pleading in the alternative' -- if he *isn't* full of it and dodging the questions, the only other explanation is that he simply doesn't properly understand the question being asked. Of course, that's not what I'd call a good look either.
Did he just tilt his phone to show the ground when she asked him to lay some foundation?🤣 That might be the most literal interpretation of the word foundation I have ever heard
Been married to by best friend for more than 30 years, my only regret is that I didn't marry her a couple years earlier. Yes, rough spots, but we both wanted and intended for things to work. When we said "'till death do us part", we meant it. And before people freak out, yes, I know there are times when one party needs to leave, it does happen.
I'm happy for you both. Same with me and my partner. We haven't made it to 30 years yet but we are at 18 years. ❤ I adore him and would do anything for him. Of course like every couple we have had rough times but we want out partnership and we want it to work so we work at it and get through those times. Not all marriage is bad but if it turns bad and you can't work it out there's no shame in getting out.
A few observations based on my experience. 1. Men have this thing where they believe physical/sexual attn from women means emotional commitment. 2. He really thought the monetary value of the house gave him the right to be abusive. 3. They both need to find therapists and work on themselves before looking at any new relationships. Thanks, Mike loveya
So glad you got this! I missed some of it due to working and was dying to know what happened. His witness was so rude to the judge earlier. It was WILD!
Hi Mike! ❤ could you please consider pausing your vids when you’re talking? When you talk while the vids are playing I can never hear what you’re saying & I can’t hear what’s going on in the vid either. I dont want to miss hearing out from either one!! 😘
I was watching this this morning but had to leave. Happy you covered it!! Guy was being an ass. Trying to control how the process was going to go. Love Judge Manning. She flat out told him no several times.
Based on the mans shirt he works for DHL, my wife ordered clothes that shipped from the Atlanta area via DHL, the order has been lost for a month. I think I understand now.
My daughter’s dad and I continued to live together after we broke up. Yeah, not the best move. I ended up in the hospital, he ended up in a mental hospital and then jail. Once he was released from jail he was forced to live with someone else, not allowed any contact with me or our daughter, until I filed for him to be allowed supervised visits with her with my mom as the supervisor since he wasn’t allowed contact with me until he pled guilty. Then he didn’t need visits supervised once he was allowed contact with me again. So, ONCE YOU BREAK UP WITH SOMEONE, NEVER EVER CONTINUE TO LIVE TOGETHER!!!! That’s my PSA for the rest of my life!
The purpose of the TPO (on either side) was to claim the house until the divorce is final. She wanted him out, and he wanted to stay there. That much is obvious. I just hope they were ordered to sell the house and split whatever equity remained. It's the only fair way to settle it.
Personally, I’ve always been scared of being axed🪓 a question. I’d rather be asked. I keep an axe by the door in case someone tries to axe me one because I’m so scared of being axed a question. It’s a huge phobia of mine.
And some couples should never have gotten married, need to disolve their marriage, children would rather be from a broken home then live in one....not every marriage is well conceived
I love Judge Manning she is hilarious!!! I started searching for cases she has covered and found your channel!!! Awesome job Mike..binge watching Judge Manning's playlist!!! I don't want to get married..but after watching these videos I do not want to get married even more. I also always see couples fight in public and that causes me to not want to get into a relationship or get married. OH..and GET A LAWYER..
She didn't produce any evidence that he was physical or that she was physical but she wants to bring in her son to testify that his father kicked in the door ? Then to testify that that his father beat his mother ? This is all wrong and the only people suffering are their children??????
I can't believe how LONG that was! When I went for a PPO against somebody there were 9 cases ahead of me and the judge dismissed each one in like 5-10 minutes for being frivolous. He didn't even want to see my texts. Granted it just on my description of events and I was stunned. It was actually pretty insane.
🤦♂Thanks for wearing a company logo shirt when on zoom for a domestic dispute. If I am going down for something, I am wearing an LTWM logo shirt. Love Judge Manning's reactions - near Debra Davis's level. Call it the Brooks defense, "If I am talking I am winning."
Big Mike! Missed way too much of you over the past week due to life things. Gonna binge the heck out of your latest videos this weekend. Apologies in advance for likely inappropriate comments across your channel! 🥰
Lmao at the witness trying to come in with his chest puffed out as if he was gonna take over the proceedings. Also- does the defendant not know how to hold a damn phone still while showing a video? He kept more focus on the Bojangles box than on the video. Good lord what a mess 🤦🏾♂️

Judge Manning has the patience of a saint! 😂😂 And is always his side, her side, and the truth! I think they both trying to be childish and i think they both are not being fully truthful.
I believe him when he says she hit him with a rod and kept harassing him, and I believe her when she says he got pissed when she was taunting him with his own phone and whooped her ass. She has video of him right before he supposedly did something- and he has video of her right after she supposedly did something. In other words- neither of them has any real proof the other one did anything. Just a bunch of "Can you hear that your honor?" and "Right after this, he showed his ass your honor." - wtf? I would say they're both equally at fault and need to just split it all down the middle and never see one another again.
This should be the poster child video for why you NEED to hire a lawyer and should NEVER try to do it on your own! This man just made himself look like a damn fool. I’m embarrassed for him! Even at the end he doesn’t understand what “sum up your closing argument” means. If he had a lawyer, all of this would have been done by now AND he wouldn’t look so stupid. “I’m not a lawyer” was literally the most intelligent thing he said all day! He’s a life long victim, and obviously enjoys being so. Dude, if you ever read the comments, you’re going to feel so dumb! 🤷♂️🤦🏼♂️

An attorney said axin'?! Really? Legal question: When the wife was testifying about his messages, she kept reading what he said but then told the court what he meant by that? She can't say that, can she? If the witness is there, shouldn't they be forced to ask HIM what he meant and not let her say what she thought he meant?
I learned the other day from a linguistic specialist that axe is old English and used interchangeably... I know that it's not the reason now and is more slang, but thought it was interesting
Divorce is awful for everyone. The neighbors have the blow by blow. My children survived. When I was at work he cleaned out everything. My latch key kids called me at work. Hey mama where is the milk, cookies and fruit by the foot, cereal and the TV.
These are the cases that piss me off because it undermines real abuse. I'm sick of couples claiming abuse to win their divorce proceedings.
Agree…and so many of them. If you want to leave then leave…..omit the drama
Majority of women or men who are abused are careful not to upset the abuser. They don’t get in their face and confront them.
The judge is greatly exceeding her authority. Chick fil a is a constitutional right when you're travelling in your private road boat.
"Your Honor, I plead impossibility. If I can't go to Chick-fil-A, Bojangles, or the Waffle House, how is it possible for me to get gas in Fulton County?"
Is Fulton County a lake or a pond? Discuss.
Let’s be honest….the judge is just tired of long lines at Chil-Fil-A and this is her way of making the lines shorter!
I'm so glad I expanded this comment. I thought you'd lost your mind. Lol
@@JustAnotherKatie No. In the words of the defiant Darrell Brooks, "It is a pond!!."

Point one makes zero sense. In general, sex means no commitment whatsoever to most men.
