Welcome back to the Everyday Beast kitchen. I'm Rob Smith, and today we're mixing things up a bit.
One of the biggest things people overlook is that nutrition is 80 percent of the process. Sometimes we focus solely on the workout, but if you're not eating right, it really doesn't matter at the end of the day.
Good fuel is important because we're prepping our bodies for a full-body circuit workout later today.
Part of being an everyday beast is caring about every part of the process-from meal plan to workouts and everything between. Today, we're focusing on meal prep.

Great food
How do you maintain that mass with such low calorie meals?
Most of these meals are around 500 calories. Eating 4-6 meals a day, that should be plenty of calories 👌

Keto diet sounds too good to be true, this has inspired me to give it another try.

You should combine an upper body pushing with a lower body pulling, not supersetting pushing for upper and lower body

How long can I keep cooked chicken in the fridge?
2-4 days should be good. You can go longer but it starts to taste weird!

I use SO much Tupperware and containers from storing the weeks food prep but also storing other important greens that I do video on just meal prep storage for this. I've got to much Tupperware and glass all in one room it's rediculous. Do a vid on that.
