My first ever game was Pokémon Sun, so I have a soft spot for Gen 7. Every time I hear the Welcome to Alola music I tear up a bit, and lemme just say that the Ultra Necrozma theme at 6:07 was HYPE.
Yes! Ugh Alola is just the best.
Also, fun fact: I saw shiny Nymble before I ever saw a normal one, because on my way to the first Violet gym, I ran straight into a shiny Nymble (which I kept on the team, despite my own desire for more fairy types)

My first game was also Sun, and I can agree with you about the emotions that happen when I hear some nice damn music from Alola

My first experience with the games of this wonderful franchise was with Esmeralda, I started with the third generation and to this day I still enjoy pokemon as if I were still a child. The music of evolution always touches my soul every time I watch that video and I am especially happy to have noticed my two special babies (Gliscor and Heracross) among the 1008 representatives of the Pokedex.
I love the fact that Paldean Tauros and Wooper are the only Pokémon from Paldea that aren’t new, however they managed to sneak them into the Paldea sequence
Wooper deserves all recognition for both forms it’s beautiful
Pokemon Sword and Pokemon Shield are my favourites in Nintendo Switch because I liked the characters and the background scenery designs as they're becoming a lot better than the Pokemon games from Nintendo 3Ds. They even have a DLC later on as the adventure in the Galar Region continued in Isle of Armor and Crown Tundra with more Pokemon returning.
I liked the games fine but thought the new Pokémon introduced weren’t my favorite. That’s pretty much my only complaint tho!
Pokemon X and Pokemon Y are my very first Nintendo 3Ds games back in 2014 that I've played which got me starterd to liked the Pokemon games. I also like Pokemon Sun and Pokemon Moon as well the improved version Pokemon Ultra Sun and Pokemon Ultra Moon because there's alot going on in the games with special features.
Sun and Moon are peak Pokémon!

2026 is going to be really big and important year for Pokemon. It'll be celebrating its 30th anniversary and Generation 10 will be releasing during that time too! 😀

Legendaries don’t count because I easily love them.

Gen 1 to 9 Pokemon games kanto to paldea
Been a Pokémon fan all my life, though the first game I owned personally was FireRed, meaning teeeeeechnically I still started with Kanto. My favorites are Platinum and SoulSilver, tho.
That being said, Infernape is my boy 'til the day I cease. Gen 4 supremacy.
